Now you know why we (the U.S.) want no part of the International Criminal Court. They (led by France) would be beating down the doors to prosecute our guys.

preliminary UN investigation has found no corroboration of American claims that its aircraft were fired on from the ground Where would they go for "corroboration"? Let's get out of the UN, and let's remember never again to protect the bums in Europe...
To: Pokey78
"If the findings are upheld by a second, more detailed, UN investigation, they will cause huge embarrassment to the Pentagon."
HA....WAR is HELL......

Rummy said we were fired on and I think he knows what is going on better than they do.

What also matter is what the average Afghan warlord has heard and believes.

Doesn't Syria now head the security council???? I think it was only for a month, and it may have been June or it might be for this month. Not sure.

A UN source said that the report was produced by a team of experienced and reputable UN people, who have been in the region a while and know it well. "Reputable UN people" is an oxymoron.
To: mdittmar
It seems strange that UN inspectors are over there. I thought this was our war. Did we invite them in? If so, we have only ourselves to blame for any reports they may make.

The only thing I can offer the U.N. is a conspicuous middle finger.

And can't you see Syria, as a member of the UN Security Council leading the charge on the International Court.
To: Numbers Guy
i believe "un-people" is so appropriate for the u.n.... they put nations before individuals and the us should be rid of them...
