This morning, President Bush, joined by firefighters and police officers, emergency personnel and local public officials, addressed members of Congress in the Dwight D. Eisenhower Office Buiding at the White House on the subject of the Homeland Security Department, stressing the need for managerial flexibility as a key to it's success. This afternoon in a ceremony in the East Room of the White House, he honored the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, calling on Congress to fund his New Freedom Initiative budget requests.
Last night House and Senate negotiators agreed on a bill that would give President Bush fast tracked trade promotion authority, and this afternoon, he made a trip to Capitol Hill to thank them, and to urge House Republicans to back the bill. Enjoy your Daily Dose of Dubya!!

Interesting theory, and plausible. Whatever the combination of causes was, since the beginning of the 20th century when evolution became widely accepted and began to be taught......not as
theory but as
fact in schools, we have had a gradual decline in our sense of right and wrong, which IMO has led us to where we are today.
There is no ultimate purpose for existence, and no absolute standard of behavior without a Creator.

Would Esmart be a good place to store images? Yes it would be. I have most of my images there. ( I have some on my own server too, but use esmart all the time. You get 20 MB Free web space, but if you want to pay a fee you can upgrade to their No Banner Ad service starting at $4.99 per month. I was lucky when I signed up to get 100 MB Free space

I have a confession to make Mo1.......I drink a maximum of three glasses of white wine a year (and a couple of doses of Nyquil.)
I'd look that way after a half a martini!
And now I must go to bed! What a fun day!

when I was finished I was plumb wore out! :o) Maybe part of that is because rinny does such a great job every day and has set such a high standard ... no one who fills in wants to disgrace said self! I know I feel it when I have filled in. And she's added features since the last time I did it.

Yes it was true. I hate Dr. P anyway, so I already had a boycott going on. But I have encouraged others. They used the "can space" excuse, but c'mon. Any moron knows that type can be made smaller, arrangement of the words can be different, etc. Just another example of "creeping liberalism."

Oops, look like I just missed you.

That follows to, the consequences for murder or rape or other crimes. If we don't have to answer to the Creator there is no big reason to be moral. So many things hinge on Creation. If you can't believe the creation account in the Bible, can you believe in the miracles of Jesus or that he rose from the dead? And if he was not raised we are all still in our sins. There is no forgiveness. It all ties together with the fact that God created mankind and we answer to him.
If creation unhinges, then there is no reason not to abort babies or kill the elderly, or steal from others.
I hate living in a world where so many don't care that they have to answer to God.
Great point in your post.

To get a good idea of where a poster is coming from, enter his/her screen name in the SEARCH box and select BY POSTER. This brings up all the most recent posts the person made. You can tell a lot in a short time by which threads they post to, and by going to the posts, find out what their tack is. If you find someone who just can't get over how badly he/she has been let down by W, etc., well, you have a pretty good idea that the position they originally assumed toward the president wasn't exactly all that realistic, if you catch my drift.

What will be verrry interesting is how the dems can dump Toricelli before the Nov elections,so their idiot dem governor in NJ can appoint another dem that will be clean enough to win. It is getting smellier every day with the torch,so if he loses, the dems are sweating bullets, but if he pulls it out then they boot him out and put a clean guy in his place(clean for a Dem in NJ is not really clean but cleaner than torch). This is a puzzle.

Here is a picture of a Dr. Pepper can like it was when it came out, and I have seen the cans, there was no room for it.
