I took issue with your comments because you associated crime with California...period. SOOO glad you don't live here anymore.
I associate a lot of things with California, But I do not associate those things ONLY with California. By far California is not the only state I would not wish to reside in. I am also sooo glad I do not live there as well, I want alittle more slower, peaceful, and alittle less populated place to live than {in general} Southern California can provide.

Is it a full moon or what?
No, but both Samantha and Danielle's bodies were dumped on the 16th day of the month. According to the bug guys testimony.

So, you're pro pornography, to boot, ugh? No. I'm neutral towards it.

If I read some of that correctly, the defense made motions to supress his prior sexual behavior with children AND motion to supress his known sexual adult behavior.Three motions like these were supressed. I'm guessing that means there is more to this guy's criminal record. Wouldn't you love to know what this Claude Eric Davis, investigating officer, of this mess, thinks about all of this current stuff?
To: Joe Hadenuf
"I feel i[f] this is the guy, that this will turn our courts on end.....Much of the anger will be turned towards the courts and the justice system if this suspect turns out to be the guy, and indeed has priors."
That would be a good thing. Animals who kidnap, rape, torture and murder have no place in a civilized society. That's why we build prisons.
To: Joe Hadenuf
The little girl who gave the description and the officer who had to understand a 5 year old's description should BOTH be commended.

I noticed that.....plus we had the inevitable discussions of pornography groupies. I mean, it has to be involved, but we don't need to hash that out on THIS thread, do we?
It's like a train; everybody wants on to push their ideas.

Everybody knows California is the land of nuts and flakes...I'm from the South, where we all marry our cousins and have bad teeth...Actually, isn't this in Orange County. I am on the other coast and am not familiar with the local politics. But I thought that was a fairly conservative area. Didn't B1-Bob come from Orange County?
If this is true, it shows in the quality of the police force. This Police Chief didn't get his job from an affirmative action quota.
BTW. I'm originally from the south, I have bad teeth, but my cousins were too ugly, so I had to come to Connecticut to find a women. :-)

Have you ever visited a trailer park? You will find plenty of white trash there who just love double negatives.

Just be happy she isn't living in our state anymore, Joe.

Yes, 'Kalifornia' has the death penalty. This might be an excellent time to put it to good use.

How about child pornography, which is not protected by the 1st amendment. If actual children are used, it's criminal, and I don't really think you're neutral about that.
To: alexandria
Thanks for pointing that out! It's an interesting coincidence..but everything has to have a margin of error...I'd say at least 3-4 days give or take.. (in danielle's case anyway)
To: Illbay
No, no, a_c just wants you to understand that we have to be totally amoral about this. It would a GREATER wrong to "impose your morality" on the pr0n addict than the crimes that many of those addicts perpetrate, including raping and killing children. But it's not like he's a liberal or anything.Since the biggest supporters of outlawing pornography are Gloria Steinem and the NOW crowd, I think I'd have a heck of a lot more justification accusing you of being a liberal.
To: Illbay
Illbay, its an unwinable argument... unfortunately too many here just want to have a nice little stereotype to blame and fit into their view of the world.... to them every child molester must be a foreign devil... no matter that statistically most molestors are white men. These are the same small minds that still refuse to believe Westerfield abducted, raped and murdered that little girl because the parents were swingers....
I think far too many folks on here, claim to be loving caring christians, but few if any have ever read the book of Job, or other parts of the bible. Not every bad act that happens in this world is deserved, and not every immoral act is greated in kind. But those types of thoughts just don't mesh with thier protected world viewpoint. IF this bastard is an illegal, it doesn't make a damned bit of difference... you think illegals are only ones out there molesting children? EVIL is not bound by borders or languages or race... EVIL is EVIL period.

We've HAD laws against filth and smut for DECADES.And the Sedition Act was passed in 1798. That doesn't make it Constitutional.
