I took issue with your comments because you associated crime with California...period.
SOOO glad you don't live here anymore.

Thanks. They played a short sound bite of it here in the midwest.

The thing that amazes me about people like you is that it's like history didn't start until you were self-aware as an infant.
We've HAD laws against filth and smut for DECADES. You REALLY are going to have to try a different approach if you want to make pr0n and smut the equivalent of Patrick Henry's "Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death" speech.
Gag.

To put all sarcasm aside, I am happy that your family has a good time in California. I understand this, but you must understand that some of us may dislike it as well, I do have fond memories of California, but I don't agree. Some people will like it, some will not. And I am positive both sides have good reasons for their differing opinions.

No, no, a_c just wants you to understand that we have to be totally amoral about this. It would a GREATER wrong to "impose your morality" on the pr0n addict than the crimes that many of those addicts perpetrate, including raping and killing children.
But it's not like he's a liberal or anything.

News media says, body left in a provocative manner...I's shocking that someone, whoever could be so SICK....to leave symbols of their sickness to encourage stimulation..... I suspected that when the sherrif said that a calling card was left by a serial killer..There is no way for the sane to understand why the insane do the things they do.. I pray that they have the right guy.

I agree with that...but to again point out my gripe was with the crime/California association and that's why you won't live here again. K?
Have a good day.

>> My imagination cannot create a scenario that would
>> appease my desire for revenge.
Mine can't either really... I think we get too caught up in wanting the perp to hurt. It's almost like a mountain lion coming down from the mountain and taking a child. It must be destroyed.
I truly hate to say this but I think that there is a place for public execution. I think hanging is probably the best most efficient form of execution ever devised. Just hang the bastard in a public place, on television. Do it as often as necessary until this sort of behavior is checked.
Either that or stoning. I think a public stoning by family, friends and maybe some members of the public selected by lottery, in a public arena and televised would also produce the desired behavior modification in the population.
That and BORDER CONTROL! But that's another topic.

While I don't neccessarily agree with the line of thought that says not executing a murderer cheapens human life... I do unabashedly support the death penalty. If you decide that the life of another can be forfeit by you at your whim in cold blooded murderous fashion, or commit other crimes that show complete disregard for human sanctity, than society has absolutely no obligation to provide you with anything... the protection of your life, food, shelter or otherwise.
Your acts forfeited your humanity, thusly society has no obligation to treat you as one. They are not under obligation to feed you, clothe you, provide you with anything.. By your utter disregard for society and humanity you have willingly and voluntarily forfeited your claim to societal or human protections... society should not foot the bill for your upkeep, but should dispatch you in as heinous a way as you usurped the humanity of your victim(s).

"I'll bet little Samatha resembles his ex-girlfiend's child." You might be on to something...he could have been trolling for his ex-girlfriends daughter and Samantha became a target of opportunity...

I am reminded of Dante's Inferno and how perfectly appropriate the punishments were to the "crimes." I'm sure hell has a special place for this monster and that his "sentence" will far exceed OUR ideas of perfect justice.
To: ValerieUSA
I feel is this is the guy, that this will turn our courts on end..Way to many pissed off people. Much of the anger will be turned towards the courts and the justice system if this suspect turns out to be the guy, and indeed has priors.
To: Types_with_Fist
That took incredible courage for the guy to make himself vulnerable like that. He was so hysterical he probably didn't stop to think that he might become a suspect. Wow!
Poor guy. That was genuine, raw emotion.

There are many here with a very one-dimensional view of the world. Witness the number of people on this thread who say "I bet this guy was an illegal," and then launch on a rant about illegal aliens. As if that's the REAL UNDERLYING problem here, not a monster in human flesh who doesn't belong to ANY subdivision of
homo sapiens, as far as I'm concerned.
So, yeah, it doesn't surprise me that some people focus on something so un-central to this horrid, horrid crime as the fact that a dime got dropped.

Yeah. I felt for him. Nobody knows how they will act in that situation. I'd like to think I would be poised, but I'd probably crack up too.
