Update from OC Sheriff... Press conference..

Playing 911 tape of the people that found the body, male caller was extremely upset, and scared, he was crying, and telling 911 the location but the cell phone transmission was breaking up and was disconnected.

They called the telephone number he left before the disconnect and they called his home and got a messege machine. He called back within minutes and made contact again with 911 and was almost hysterical and crying saying it was little girl and was very distraught,

When Cell caller got home he called again from home phone and recontacted 911, 911 said they would pick him up and the he could show him where the body was.

Press conference continues, stating over 2000 citizens have given leads......

I'm pretty sure that the cell phone company would have a record of what cell he was connected through. That could place him within a couple of miles.

IMHO, when the acts being depicted (whether real or by virtual graphic) are illegal and/or the depiction is an instruction for such an illegal activity ... it ought to be a felony. That includes kiddy porn, snuff films, bomb making 101, etc.

Praise God for smart little witnesses and fast acting police and those who are willing to call in on potential suspects.
This suspect has been accused of another incident a few years ago, but was let off. (FOXNews 2:16 PM EDT)
A good pat on the back and a hug to the little playmate that was sharp enough to give a good description AND notice the automobile emblem on the back of the car that lead to an arrest. A ray of light in this whole horrible story.

God help us that we should ever even have to think along those lines but what else is left? These people do these crimes and then they are out of jail for one reason or another only to do it again. It's not right. It's just not right!

God help us that we ever thought we could treat the embodiement of evil in any other way. Killing is justifiable and moral in many instances. "though shall not commit murder" is not the same as "though shall not kill"... And properly translated the commandment is the prior not the latter. Bible is filled with justifiable homicides...

The judicial system is unable, unwilling or both to deal especially with this issue. If you behave like an animal, you will be put down like one, period. Give them their day in court, and if guilty, disembowl them and feed their flesh to pigs.

If the judicial branch or any branch of the government is not willing or able to deal with this issue, than we will deal with it ourselves, after all.. we are the government, and I'll be damned if some panty waist activist judge is going to argue otherwise.

Do you notice the differences between this case and Elizabeth Smart's? The police here didn't lie about Samantha's case and they put out a composit immediately, something the Utah police STILL haven't done.

O'Reilly IS against the death penalty, but that didn't stop him from castigating Bush for being soft on Mexico for not extraditing death penalty cases. O'Reilly never mentioned that Canada does not extradite in death penalty cases, either, along with a myriad of other countries.

You sound like an expert on the California judicial system, but I suspect you don't live in CA. If you did, you would know that this state has an effective criminal justice system. He will be tried in Orange County, unless he can convince the courts that he cannot get a fair trial here. I can assure you, that juries in OC know how to go about their business. Similarly, juries in other CA counties will not be fooled.

By way of example, this state has a 3 strikes law. Our prisons are full of criminals too dumb to count to three. They are all there on 25 years to life terms. Crime rates in CA are way down. Don't let the OJ trial make you think that criminals walk here.
