Update from OC Sheriff... Press conference..

Playing 911 tape of the people that found the body, male caller was extremely upset, and scared, he was crying, and telling 911 the location but the cell phone transmission was breaking up and was disconnected.

They called the telephone number he left before the disconnect and they called his home and got a messege machine. He called back within minutes and made contact again with 911 and was almost hysterical and crying saying it was little girl and was very distraught,

When Cell caller got home he called again from home phone and recontacted 911, 911 said they would pick him up and the he could show him where the body was.

Press conference continues, stating over 2000 citizens have given leads......

Another press conference at 6 PM

At 955 AM they made an arrest alihondro avial DOB 3-1375

No, not yet. I doubt he is if we was arrested before and tried for this type of abuse, otherwise he would have been deported.

What I was responding to was the general statement by andy that we should just totally ignore immigration problems. A fairly large segment of the immigrant population coming in today are committing crimes, such as 9/11. I think we need to get things under control and do better background checks to try and minimize what's going on instead of brushing it off.

States cannot infringe on rights to free speech. You can, if you own a store and refuse to sell porn. But otherwise, its not the role of any government to regulate speech.

Do me a favor and explain to me how it is that pornography falls under the same essential class of human expression that is political dissent.

As we both know, the government is more than willing to crack down on anyone evidencing "hate speech" or "suspicious" speech. I should think the dehumanization of women and children than is a part of porn surely falls within the parameters of dehumanizing Jews or homosexuals or blacks or Catholics. (I'm not asking the State to curb that speech, I'm a res ipsa loquitur sort, but indeed the State is patently hypocritical in the one area of dehumanizing pornographic IMAGES masquerading as "free speech".)

What is it about images of human beings rutting like barnyard animals, trussed up like lynching victims or raping, slicing, beating and killing each other for sexual titillation of some Third Party purchaser that rises to the level of a Tom Paine pamphlet?
