President Bush and First Lady Laura welcome Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski and his wife, Jolanta, to only the second State visit since Bush was sworn in. Bush and his colleague also answered a round of questions from reporters, including more questions to the President regarding his tenure at Harkin oil. The President and his guests attended the State dinner this evening. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

I could give Barney a few clues as to which legs to give his undivided attention to-if only he would ask! LOL
Laura is so beautiful, our President is so, well, Presidential < sigh >, and the guests are absolutely striking.
Lord, Thank You so much for blessing this nation with this good leader and his terrific mate. We praise you for knowing just what our nation needed! And in the process-You have brought so many of us closer to You! We love You!!
BTW-Chris Matthews is losing it, big time.

I am almost hesitant to ask because you already do so much for us ...... creating this wonderful little corner of the world ..... giving us the BushBot and the smileys and the "I support President Bush" thingy ......
..... but could you possibly work on creating an "I Hate the Media" logo or graphic ....... they are so utterly
disgusting and
despicable and
dastardly and
devious and
detestable and
deplorable .....
It would be great to have a Media Slime Alert graphic or something of the sort. You already do so much .... and are working on the 9/11 tribute .... so if you don't have time, we'll understand.
*hugs*

You know, I love Laura, but that turquoise bow/belt doesn't get it. I'm glad you said that .. I was wondering what was with the bow/belt myself

Rintense, I just wanted to comment on something I noticed from the arrival ceremony. The Polish head of state said God bless America near the end of his remarks. President Bush says it to close his speeches out as well. It is refreshing to hear a comment like that, and sense that the person saying it is sincere. One wouldn't think of X42 and the Lord in the same sentence. Nor would a person want to say God bless America in the presence of the evil ones. This is one of the things I am truly grateful for in this administration.

Yeah--lol---Chris never really did have it. I guess I should have said-
BTW-Chris Matthews is growing more idiotic with every passing moment.

I love the red gerbera daisies that Laura used for the flowers. Beautiful. I love those flowers anyway, but I've never seen red ones before. These are a wonderful choice for a state dinner.

LOL, I didn't want to be negative, but it doesn't go with the dress at all. It seems that I recently read Laura had appointments with a few designers. Maybe we will see something more sleek and elegant soon. She should showcase her legs.

Ohio, the only one GWB is in bed with is LauraAnd it gives me great comfort to know that that's where he is right now!
I repeat, we cannot misunderestimate the importance of his marriage and the strength Laura's support gives him when he's under these stupid attacks.
Not to mention the enjoyable diversion she provides for him! ;o)

I really like this picture for some reason. Sheesh...he is one handsome man.
AND LAURA!! Finally! I hope they show some of the state dinner on TV.
And the media and the press? Don't know anything about them. I'm not reading the paper and I'm not watching TV. I hate the press, WITH A PASSION!!

I LOVE the look on Laura's face in this picture!
What a lovely First Lady! I just wish she hadn't worn that weird belt with such a beautiful dress! She must have had her reasons though. Maybe she didn't want to outshine her guest?
I will NEVER tire of looking at pictures of President and First Lady Bush!
