Oh I agree. I think every one of those damn reporters (except Jim Angle) should be taken out to the shed and horse-whipped. Sometimes, you get so angry about something that you can barely form complete sentences let alone thoughts. This happened tonight. And it is understandable.
To: RobFromGa
did Bush say whether bin Harkin is alive or not yet???Nah.
He ain't gotta clue.

"The obvious answer is, a liberal politician uses liberal tactics."That is a stupid statment. All of us use the worlds of our adversaries against them. Which is exactly what he did.
To: Clara Lou
No way ... you think my "ridiculous" comment tops "If he's alive, we'll get 'em; if he's dead, we got 'em".Oh my, GW must really be serious this time!

I've read nearly every post on this thread, including your little gems. You are going to be so easy to ignore.

I don't. Why this continued refusal to criticize anything Clinton ?? And why in Norm Mieta Secretary of Transpo ??I don't understand it either.
That's OK tho.
Let's just move along.

These are not normal times, so what you'd like to see in the form of skeptical questioning from Bush's base, is immaterial.Tough as it is for some, many have quite rightly said that the times demand a strong, sensible, even tempered leader who is focused on big things.
The War.
Bush deserves the benefit of the doubt on the most important thing he can do. I fyou must, call me a Bush Bot then, but I'd prefer to called me prudent.I like wise as well ;-)

"I think every one of those damn reporters (except Jim Angle) should be taken out to the shed and horse-whipped. Sometimes, you get so angry about something that you can barely form complete sentences let alone thoughts. This happened tonight. And it is understandable."Yes, it is very upsetting. Especially since, for EIGHT LONG YEARS, we waited and hoped for those same reporters to ask CLINTON about whichever scandal of the month it currently happened to be. They never did. Of course, he was their emperor.
To: cake_crumb; maica
All these bogus "insider trading" accusations won't stick to GWB. Poor stupid democrats...their boy Clinton raised the bar for what constitutes a scandal so high that no Republicans will be able to generate a real scandal for many years. Certainly GWB will never create a real scandal. The stupid liberal democrats are still in denial about how badly Clinton trashed their political party...the same way he's trashed everything else he's ever been involved with. 77% appproval ratings for GWB and rising!

What kind of politician who uses the tactics of liberals? If you are in a fight to the death with someone carrying a knife, will you pull a knife? or use a large wooden spoon?
The very existence of our country relies, unfortuantely, on our ability to call the opposition to task when they lie, cheat, steal, etc...
Corporate Greed is one thing, and the SEC is there to police that arena and send evil-doers to jail. But who polices the arena of Big Thought Control (aka Big Media)?
These anti-Americans are allowed (because of the First Amendment) to publish whatever drivel they wish. The only check and balance on their unlimited power to control is the intelligence of the people, which is also under the partial control of Big Media along with Big Education...
It is a massive sinkhole that needs to be repaired...

Osama is dead and Bush knows for a fact. He'll reveal it at the appropriate time.It will be nice when he reveals it to us common folk.
I don't think he knows.
If he don't, why not?

Apparently, that particular sentiment is completely incomprehensible to a certain IQ-challenged faction here at FR.
To: carenot
Of course he's alive and well in Iowa Should we tell GW?
I'm sure he already knows about Osama bin Harken... in fact GW is trying to help get him out of the Senate.
As far as Osama Bin Laden, I have no idea.... but I'm guessing he's a pile of dust in a cave somewhere in Afghanistan.
