In a report released by Anne Arundel County police last week, FBI agents answered many of the questions about what went wrong the night an agent mistakenly shot an unarmed Pasadena man.
But some of the most troubling questions about why things went wrong March 1 remain.
For example, why didn't FBI agents recognize that the man in the car they had stopped was not the bank robbery suspect they had a photo of and planned to arrest? Why did the agent who fired the shot through a car window think the man was armed? And why did agents around the car shout conflicting instructions at who turned out to be not a suspected bank robber and his sister, but a young couple on their way home from a local mall?

So sez the unsnipped report. It is easy to imagine how Schultz got flustered and obeyed the other officer who told him to get out of the car. Nobody hangs for this? Nobody???
The couple's attorneys are sorting out the police findings, preparing for possible civil lawsuits, while Braga's lawyer is preparing to defend against them.
Seems academic to me; isn't Braga indemnified by the FBI so that if Schultz should win the suit big it all comes from the treasury anyhow?
Lying for high level elected or appointed government officials in public corruption cases by FBI agents actually may be considered a career opportunity.
I've noticed if honest law enforcement agents don't like to engage in this type of conduct they will ususally quit their job and move to another state.
The "Blue Wall of Silence" sends the honest ones packing.

I'm not a lawyer but I would think that Braga would be indemnified by the FBI and even if he wasn't if Schultz did get a big settlement against Braga, I think all Braga would have to do is declare bankruptcy and Schultz would never recover a dime from Braga and Braga would still have his job with the FBI.

But of course, the Federal Gestapo is above the law and above accountability for its actions.
A black kid in California getting roughed up by local LEOs has already gotten 1,000 times more national attention than a white kid in Maryland getting shot in the face with an assault rifle by the FBI JBTs.
Glad yer back ! Did ya get to put out any fires ?
Stay Safe !
None of the agents involved in this incident should be in law enforcement anymore.
Stay well - Stay safe - Stay armed - Yorktown
I just heard today (haven't confirmed it) that he plead out and one of the stipulations is: he is no longer a cop and cannot be one in the State of Ohio again.
For a domestic.
