I can fully understand Braga's taking the 5th, but along with that right he has to give up his badge and gun.
But of course, the Federal Gestapo is above the law and above accountability for its actions.
A black kid in California getting roughed up by local LEOs has already gotten 1,000 times more national attention than a white kid in Maryland getting shot in the face with an assault rifle by the FBI JBTs.

You ought to know by now Travis that racist's (black or white) bleed louder than others. In the case of those that carry race card insurance it "real" loud.........

I agree wholeheartedly on Braga's right to remain silent but it should cost him his badge. Further, I have called for him to be prosecuted, not persecuted.
None of the agents involved in this incident should be in law enforcement anymore.

Last winter one of our guys was involved in a domestic with his estranged wife. The case was bound over to the Grand Jury and he was indicted.
I just heard today (haven't confirmed it) that he plead out and one of the stipulations is: he is no longer a cop and cannot be one in the State of Ohio again.
For a domestic.
