President Bush, along with his wife, Laura, and daughter, Jenna, departed today for their annual trip to Kennebunkport, Maine. Well-wishers gave the President an early birthday send off today since Bush will be spending his birthday, July 6th, in Maine. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

Omigosh!!! No Way!!! Am I first?
Mr. Inspectorette were in Kennebunkport in '99, and went for a massage. The massage therapist I had had pictures of the BUsh family all over her massage room. I mentioned to her then (remember this was 1999) about President Bush's son (governor of TX) - wouldn't he be a great President? and she agreed - said the whole family is great.

I was fortunate enough to have my husband home for the Fourth. (He's a sonar tech on a fast attack sub based out of NAS Norfolk, just got home a few days ago from a training underway.) So far it's been a great holiday weekend (even if he does have duty tomorrow and has to spend the night on the boat). Thanks Rintense for your tireless work to bring us these wonderful pictures.
