Several weeks ago a retired Israeli general living in Hollywood and an American Islam expert met in Southern California to hash over the Middle East crisis on an L.A. radio program, and a significant change in Israeli policy ensued only days later. The timing may not have been coincidental.(p)
“I gave suggestions about how Israel could stop the suicide bombing,” says Dr. Robert Morey, author of over 40 books dealing with false religions, and founder of the California Institute of Apologetics. Dr. Morey met with retired Israeli General Shimon Erem, one of the heroes of the Six Day War, in a broadcast aired May 31 on KFSG.com.(p)
Dr. Morey prefaced “his solution” by observing the tragic chain of events unfolding with each new suicide bombing. “I stated that every time a terrorist kills innocent Israeli citizens, the U.S. and European nations demand that Israel give land to the Palestinians. Thus, there is no incentive for the suicide bombing to stop, because each time they kill Jews we reward them with land,” he said.(p)
“Why don’t we turn this around,” Dr. Morey suggested to the general. “Every time a suicide bomber kills innocent civilians, Israel should take land away from the Palestinians,” he proposed. “Israel will get bigger instead of smaller and stronger instead of weaker.”(p)
“Dr. Morey, that’s a brilliant idea,” General Erem said, “and I will convey it to the Prime Minister of Israel.”(p)
Off the air, Dr. Morey asked, “You can call the Prime Minister?”(p)
“Yes, I can call him directly with your idea,” General Erem replied. “I like your idea.”(p)
A short time later, Dr. Morey was surprised by a news report he saw on television. “The next thing I knew on CNBC, a representative of the Israeli government said, ‘Why should we reward the terrorists by giving them land,’ and Israel started the process of taking land every time they are attacked,” he says.(p)
The next day Dr. Morey placed a call to General Erem’s liaison. “I asked him specifically whether or not the total turnaround in Israel’s policy regarding suicide bombers was a result of the conversation with General Erem--and he said yes!”(p)
“He called the Prime Minister directly,” the liaison confirmed.(p)
Dr. Morey sees dramatic changes unfolding if the suicide bombings continue unabated. “If the terrorism does not stop, ultimately the terrorists and their families will have to be moved out of the West Bank and trucked over to Gaza so that Israel will actually redefine its borders to include all the West Bank as a permanent part of the nation of Israel.”(p)
“Right now they’re not saying they’re going to keep it,” he adds, “but they’re taking it and that’s the policy.”(p)
In Dr. Morey’s new book, “Winning The War Against Radical Islam” he proposes a “final solution to international terrorism.” He believes the U.S. government and its allies should issue an official ultimatum to the terrorists: “We must tell all terrorist groups that the next time they destroy the lives and property of Americans at home or abroad, we will destroy Mecca, Medina and Dome Mosque.”(p)
Dr. Morey’s rationale pinpoints what he believes is an Achilles heel. “The greatest weakness of Islam is that it is hopelessly tied to sacred cities and buildings. If these cities and buildings were destroyed, Islam would die within a generation as it would be apparent to all that its god could not protect the three holiest sites in Islam.”(p)
“If there is no Mecca, you have no place to make your pilgrimage to,” Dr. Morey says. “If there is no Mecca, you have no place to pray to five times a day,” he says. “The root problem is the religion and the religion is based on those holy sites.”(p)
“Without those sites,” he adds, “the religion can’t function--Islam collapses like a deflated balloon.”(p)
To be sure, many will find Dr. Morey’s views extreme, and he even admits his solution is “radical.”(p)
“As soon as there is a nuclear cloud over some American city and hundreds of thousands of Americans die, or as soon as suicide bombers show up at Wal-Mart you will see people in the United States saying we’d better take care of this now.”(p)
“More and more within the intelligence community are coming to see in the end that’s what we have to do,” he says.(p)
Lately, Dr. Morey has been doing five or six national radio programs per week dealing with counter-terrorism issues, and he’s often asked about racial profiling. “I believe in terrorist profiling, not racial profiling,” he says.(p)
“The majority of Muslims are not Arabs—they are Malaysian and Indonesian,” Dr. Morey says. “In the U.S. over 50 percent of Muslims are African American,” he says. “What we are looking for are terrorists.”(p)
“The president of El-Al Airlines has gone on record saying our airline security procedure in which we’re looking for weapons instead of terrorists will not work,” Dr. Morey says.(p)
Dr. Morey’s profiling dragnet has a broad sweep. “We have to profile anyone whose origin is one of the terrorist states listed by the State Department,” he says. “We have to look at all Middle Eastern men aged 16-30. We have to do background checks on individual American Muslims who have traveled to Afghanistan or Pakistan etc.(p)
“Anyone who was a state or federal prisoner and converted to Islam while in prison needs to be profiled,” he adds.(p)
Another concern for some experts are inroads being made by Islam south of the American border. “The fastest growing mosque in California is the Hispanic mosque in L.A.,” Dr. Morey says. “Mexican coyotes are bringing up armed terrorists into this country out of Mexico,” he says. “People are coming in from Iraq and Iran and they’re coming in armed with machine guns and grenades.”(p)
“They can walk into the U.S. as if they were illegal aliens coming to pick tomatoes, but they’re aliens here to destroy this country,” he adds.(p)
“America has to do something.”(p)
Well, this way we can feel better justified among ourselves. It's part of our national personality to wait until we get punched really hard before cleaning house.
I just hope that the destruction of mecca and the other moslem pest-holes is filmed, so that the taxpayers who provided the weapons used to obliterate them are also able to enjoy the show.
Doubtless, the demon called allah will feel right at home in the fireball.

I will answer my own question: Yes, they do. If you look at U.S. policy through Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton and now Bush, you see punitive military strikes that are rendered moot by appeasement. With Bush now proposing a Palestinian state, the Palestinians are saying: "See, we hit America hard and now it gives us what we want." When the Palestinian state inevitably doesn't pan out, the Palestinians and their terrorist groups can only come to the conclusion that more and harder strikes are needed.
Lunacy. The holy sites should be off-limits. In America and the rest of the world, churches are sacred.
If you douse the religion, what will swoop in to replace it?
Call me old-fashioned, but I'd much prefer to see these filthy, gutter religion whore-houses taken off-line by the liberal application of pork byproducts to their interior and exterior surfaces.
Send in squads of men and women trained for the task...
