From my vantage, this guy has it right on the nose. One small smart bomb on the kaba rock they all pilgrimage to worship and the war with Islam is over. Hard to worship a God that has been reduced to gravel by the infidel. Israel can not do that, it would be breaking its word. Egypt refused the return of the Sinai for peace unless Israel specifically agreed to keep the Gaza strip. Arabs are too smart to allow Pali’s to live in Arabia.

But what you propose is a good solution, and the only fair one. Gaza was not part of Ancient Israel and Israel does not have right to it. But the “west bank” is now and was once the property of Israel before the Moslem invasion. I figure the only fair solution is for Israel to quit playing around and annex the land captured in the 67 war, and declare a state for the Palestinians for them. Give them Gaza, then force all the Arabs that have not got Israeli work permits in the last 50 years to move to Gaza. Give all the Arabs that have work permits citizenship if they want it and be done with it.

The Palestinians have their Palestine, the Jews have the Judean and Hebron hills. Let the Saudi’s and the Eeee Uuuu build the Pali’s another set of factories to strip for stuff to sell. Everybody is happy right?

This has always been a fascinating option, with it's built in moral justification. Even if not all Moslems agree with terrorist Jihad, Jihad still unmistakably and exclusively arises from Islam. Either the ummah actively opposes Jihad or it does not.

There is precious little opposition to Jihad within Islam. Part of this is fear, but another part, probably a huge part, is tacit approval ... secret hope for the success of Jihad in conquoring the world by whatever means necessary.

Threatening their holy places ought to concentrate the minds of those Moslems who are merely getting a vicarious thrill at watching the kafir die bloody deaths. Either they put up or shut up with their phony protestations against terrorism.

Destroying the "holy" places would have a devastating psychological effect on Islam, especially if it were announced to happen in 48 hours. The ummah would then realize the absurdity of their blasphemous posturing, the barbaric idea that they must kill for God. They would be made to see the juvenile egotism of their beliefs.

Only the concern for unintended consequences makes this idea such a dangerous one. How would future generations of Americans be affected by the historic fact that we engaged in such destruction? We dont know and cannot know.

It would almost make more sense for Italy to commit such destruction, were Jihad to destroy the Vatican. Or Israel, were Jihad to wreak singular, widespread destruction in her cities. In those cases, the destruction would be perceived as justified.

The forces unloosed by destroying Mecca, etc., cannot be known ... yes, perhaps Islam would collapse, and the evil that is Islam collapse with it. But perhaps it would not, and another, more virulent form of this evil created to bedevil us for generations.

For now, until future events give us a better picture of where The War on Jihad is going, it is perhaps enough for this option to be freely and seriously discussed and contemplated, in hopes that the very notion it is being considered, alters the behavior of the now silent Moslems.
