In a move to demonstrate his seriousness about declaring the Pledge of Allegiance unconstitutional, 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Alfred T. Goodwin will change his name to Alfred Not-so-bad-win.

"Too many people subscribe to the notion that God is Good," the judge said. "So to maintain true separation of church and state it behooves me to change my name to set a good example. Keeping my name as it is may be construed as a further endorsement of religion."

This is a spoof, of course. But it may be incumbent on the court-watchers to determine if Judge Goodwin may be suffering from the early stages of Alzheimer's syndrome. His basic good sense does seem to be impaired.

"Win" is politically incorrect, because that means someone loses and that hurts their self-esteem. He needs to change his name to "Not-so-bad-tie". Everyone's equal with a tie.

When asked what the difference was between natural ability and God-given talent, the doctor said the question was unreasonable and not valid in any discussion among enlightened people, referring any further questions to the ninth circuit court.

There's the giveaway. Typical lefty-wacko "argument". Their innate superiority places tham above justifying their self-contradictory beliefs. What supreme arrogance.

Glad he's no my doctor.

Next up, the 9th Circus Court of Ape Eels rules that high school Spanish textbooks can no longer contain the word "Adios". In his ruling, Judge Goodwin opined that saying "Adios" is unconstitutional, since the word literally means "to God".

High school Spanish textbook publishers must now replace the offending word with a religion neutral term like "avacas", "to cows", or "aputas", "to street walkers...."
