SAN FRANCISCO--A day after he shocked the nation by declaring the Pledge of Allegiance unconstitutional, a U.S. federal appeals court judge declared the US Constitution and the Declaration of Independence unconstitutional as well.
Circuit Judge Alfred T. Goodwin, who wrote the 2-1 opinion that said the phrase "under God" violates the separation of church and state, referred to hihger power references such as "Creator" in the documents.
Goodwin's action Thursday has no immediate impact on the Federal or State Governments, since the ruling already was on hold by court rules for 45 days to allow for any challenges.
Vikram Amar, a Hastings College of the Law scholar who closely follows the appeals court, said the latest ruling means that, for now, we can continue with our day-to-day lives, but a new Constitution will be needed if the decision is upheld. However, the downside is "They're acknowledging the likelihood that the Supreme Court is now unconstitional, so no appeal is possible."

Somebody told me Jay Leno used this same idea as a joke last night.
To: The Raven
Jay Leno's got a nice looking chin. And I liked the Dancing Ito's I wonder if he'll have the Dancing Ninth Circuit Court Judges
To: The Raven
Well, they should. I mean, not a single one of the authors was a U.S. citizen at the time it was written.
To: The Raven
Who appointed these judges?

I respect the intelligence i see in this website , however,
the politics of mud slinging is something i never bought into, where are concepts of what is right or what is wrong.
As far as i can tell, neither party is legitimate these days..but rather corporate puppets all bought and paid for sellin the TRUE AMERICA Concept down the toilet, then there are those who like to play ping pong with politics , while Real Money is corrupted by both parties. think out of the box applies to the individual more than ever these days
