Very funny! But here's a real one: some years back when there was a lot of talk about the "balanced budget Amendment" in the news, Sam Donaldson was "reporting" on it and opined what a stupid idea it was, but that didn't matter in the end because it would clearly be found unconstitutional even if it passed.

Shoulda' seen the look on George Will's face THAT Sunday morning...
