I choose not to scan the faces of the van Dams OR David Westerfield and make judgements of how they should look. The boys deserve to be with their parents and not parceled out to friends for their outings. Why should it be so? I am sure we all have personal experiences of loss. I do, though not my own child, and I know that life goes on for those living.

No, cadaver dogs regularly find remnant human bones that are years old. I suspect the project was getting its samples from a mortuary, so didn't have access to older remains.

The interesting thing is these pics where created (not necessarily viewed) while DW was not there. But the URL was from the temp file, doesn't that mean it was viewed by itself?
I didn't realize temp files are deleted when the program is finished with them. I thought htey had to be manually deleted just like cache. My temp file is always huge.

Does this indicate that a scent over three days old is undetectable? No. The "smart" dogs alerted in 70 minutes. the "dumb" dogs took a little longer.
After three days every dog could figure it out.

I heard a commentator this morning, early on ctv that said most of the jurors were either in the military or had relatives in the military..and they would probably be pro-discipline because of that. I bet they are frowning on the lack of discipline in everyone's lifestyles--aka witnesses and defendant.

There was a RR story about "Brenda possibly did a guy" in the parking lot at Dad's. The corroborating the out in the truck smoking mj time is important because:
Cross of Dorrie Savage 3/12/02
BY MR. FELDMAN:
17 Q. Can you tell me now with regard to the next set
18 of notes, which are marked as defendant's exhibit H, where
19 did those lifts come from?
20 A. Those came from the black Toyota 4-Runner with
21 California license plate 4SFN016.
22 THE COURT: This is beyond the scope. I thought
23 it came from the home. Apparently it comes from
something 24 else.
Oops, now who's print do ya think those might be?

Alcoholics can drink themselves stupid at home, going to a bar is not a clear indication.

Do you think it is possible Damon and Brenda will straighten up and fly right? While they are still drawing breaths that is always possible, and hoped for, even. But not one wit of remorse for their callous parenting -- witness the kids not being checked on, the door locking the kids out, heavy drinking. And kids look also for that special deep bond between a husband and wife, that deep bond is a source of great support and comfort. How could there be such a deep spousal bond with those two sexual gadflys? No deep well of matrimony to draw blessings for the children from, that is sad. Leaves the kids like illegimate children.
But no remorse. No shame. No fear, when fear should be. Not seen, not reported.

That rumor was also on another board by one of the VD neighbors...said a Dad's employee was the one who said it.

There are 3 live computers in that house. They also did screen captures. They ALSO got 5 of the QUESTIONABLE pics shown in court from Neal's computer.

Where's the answer. Some of the warrants were signed off on after searches were done. One of the extra things we were blessed with after 9/11.

The evidence inside receipts and Danielle L's hair. Hmmm at 2 AM they must have super powers too, or floodlights.

They were telephone warrants. The judge gives them permission/issues the warrant over the phone and then signs them whenever the paperworks crosses their desk. I was weirded out the first time I noticed the difference in execution and signature and researched it. It has been around and legal prior to 9/11.
