What a shame.

Seems to me Favish has a chance with SCOTUS, considering their recent rulings on cases handed up from the ninth...

It was unclear whether Favish was planning another appeal...I wonder if the other side will appeal the release of the four photos, and if not, does Favish think they will show anything important, and also when will they be released?

"right hand showing gun and thumb in guard";
Am I missing something--are they saying he used his thumb to pull the trigger?

If 4 of the photos have already been released, then how is it a violation of survivors' privacy rights if 6 more are released? And as to survivors, the actions of Vince Foster's wife is really strange. Normally, the wife of a supposed suicide victim will go to great lengths to try to prove it wasn't suicide if the slightest doubt exists as to the cause of death. In the case of Foster's wife, she WANTS us to believe it was suicide and refuses to consider the vast evidence showing it was murder. Strange.

Anybody know Favish's screen name? I tried to flag him, but the system wouldn't take any way I typed his name.

Vince Foster is dead and gone.
His legacy to America is Free Republic. Many of us came here to discuss this very significant event in American History.
He did not suicide. He was murdered. Why?? we don't know.

Allan, thanks for your tireless work. You know what argument I would use in your appeal of this decision?
I would simply say that if some day, new evidence arose that re-opened the Vince Foster case (like maybe Fuhrman's upcoming book) and it turns out that Foster WAS indeed murdered, then every court and judge that ruled these polaroids be kept secret will be seen, and mentioned in the history books, as being part of the government-orchestrated coverup.
Just a thought.

"Favish says that last photo is particularly at issue, because an earlier published report claimed the existence of a neck wound on Foster's body that contradicts an FBI memo written two days after the deputy counsel's death."...Which is probably why that photo wasn't released. I hope Favish appeals.
