African American Republican Leadership Council Demands that Senate Democrats end there racial and nomination profiling
The African American Republican Leadership Council demands that Senate Democrats end their racial and nomination profiling of President Bushs Judicial Nominations.
Senate Democrats led by Majority Leader Tom Daschle continues to engage in their political wohobism on Capitol Hill. The Democrat Control Senate Judiciary Committee led by the extremist left-wing Senator Patrick Leahy has refused for over 400 days to hold committee hearing or votes on some key nominations put forward by President Bush.
Some of these nominees, persons of color such as Judges Livinsky R. Smith and Miguel Estrada are being denied their rightful chance of advancement because extremist Democrat Senators such as Teddy Kennedy, Hillary Clinton, Joe Lieberman, Patrick Leahy, John F. Kerry, John Edwards, Dianne Feinstein, Charles Schumer, Maira Cantwell, Russell D. Feingold and Tom Daschle believe that if you are a person of color, you have to be a socialist liberal and part of the victim mindset of the minority wing of the Democrat Party.
The actions of these extremist Democrats remind The AARLC of another famous Democrat by the name of George Wallace who stood in the doorway of an Alabama School at the height of the Civil Rights Movement and promised segregation forever. Senator Patrick Leahys actions are no different from those of late Alabama Governor George Wallace or of any other racist who can find no other reason to hold good and well credential people of color back, other than the fact of their skin color or political ideologies.
Senate Democrats have sought political cover by making the claim that they are ensuring that these nominees are not outside the mainstream, but who considers Senate Democrats like Tom Daschle, Patrick Leahy, Hillary Clinton, Joe Lieberman, Teddy Kennedy, John F. Kerry, Dianne Feinstein, Charles Schumer, Maira Cantwell, Russell D. Feingold and John Edwards experts on the mainstream when they themselves are not mainstream?
These extremists liberal Democrats cannot be allowed to use excuses and fear tactics as cover for their blatant political racism and it would seem that The Dixiecrat Mindset is alive and well in the Tom Daschle led Senate.
President Bush can put forward good quality nominees of color to serve in our federal government and extremists racist liberal Democrats will continue to hold hostage the Judiciary and hang out the liberals only sign much like the whites only signs of Jim Crow Segregation, unless their opposition is called for what it simply is racism based on creed and color.
Honorable Senators it is Un-American to associate and relegate any American that differs from your political opinions as not creditable and qualified men and women to sit on our Judiciary. We view your failure to move these nominees of color as unfair and downright despicable. Further your noose around the necks of these nominees of color would make any Klansmen smile with glee or at least Senators Robert Byrd and Ernest Hollings in this instant.
In the first few weeks of the Bush Presidency, liberal extremists such as Senator Teddy Kennedy were demanding that President Bush renominate African American Judge Roger Gregory, a Bill Clinton holdover and recess appointee to a permanent lifelong appointment to the 4th circuit court of appeals to which the president did. Now this same liberal extremist and his fellow liberal Democrat Senators oppose persons like Judges Smith and Estrada because of their political creed and color. Senator Kennedy even berated another nominee Gerry Reynolds, as if he was speaking to his boy.
Seems funny that a party that runs on the idea of choice is so opposed to alternate minded minorities. What a dichotomy?
It is time for American People to speak out against this form of political lynching of minority nominees to the federal bench by this minority wing of racist liberal Democrats lead by Senators Tom Daschle and Patrick Leahy. Senator Hatch has sought to bring the Judiciary Committee into the 21st century with inclusiveness, while Senator Leahy would rather it remain in the Dixiecrat 20th century.
The bigger question is where are the civil and women rights groups whom were firmly behind former President Clintons Nominees? They claim to be non-partisan, but have yet to speak out on this matter of racial profiling and denied advancement. Inconspicuously, the non-partisan NAACP is MIA and has even openly opposed the advancement of these people of color, notably even Gerry Reynolds. We condemn the national leadership of the NAACP for not fighting for these brothers and sisters of color.
Extremist Groups like People for the American Way have sought to hijack our Judicial System and poison it with judges that give their liberal opinions rather than prefer strict Constructionst of the Constitution. This is why they opposed Federal Judge Charles Pickering.
The African American Republican Leadership Council demands that Senators Leahy and Daschle drop their racist opposition to person of color who are nominated by President Bush and we intend to take this demand directly to the Senate with a diversite coalition of Americans.
Concurrent with this plan action AARLC will do all that it must in retaking the Senate and remind Senators that are beholden to minority voters to heed our demands.

Great action here!
Also, I think the accepted English spelling for the Islamic fundamentalist movement centered in Saudi Arabia is "Wahabbism".
Time to take out the trash.
Illbay, that offer is gracious indeed!
