June 16, 2002 -- The Jewish Defense Group - which says it wants to protect its neighborhood even as critics call them vigilantes looking to inflame tensions - will hit the streets today with its controversial armed patrols.

Leaders of the group last week raised the hackles of cops and other city leaders by vowing to patrol Jewish neighborhoods such as Borough Park and Flatbush.

An iatrogenic phenomenon

I'm not the one here with the scalpel, going behind Hillary and Shumer against Jews that voted against them. You really have your head up yours.

What I think is so sad is that fundamentalist Christians are so solidly on the side of the Jews and Israel. They do believe they are God's chosen people and believe it is sinful to think badly of them. On the other hand, many Jews seem to look down on these Christians and many downright hate them.

Jews have been assassinated in the neighborhood before, Alqaeda has been dispersing and decentralizing their attacks, and they have targeted these kinds of neighborhood, and lots of churches and synagogues are about to burn in America as happening in Europe (what am I saying, they burn the Synagogues in Europes because they give them the churches over there to turn into Mosques).

Not so, christians and Jews have very good relationships in America. They do not look down on each other. I don't know what kind of crowd you guys hang with, but it's the wrong one.

It's illegal in New York City to carry a handgun or shotgun without a permit

What about the right to keep and bear arms?

Speaking of Eskimos, I think we just had a little earthquake! I was sitting here and the house shook back and forth for a few seconds. Sorry to get off track but that was wierd. Think I will look at the earthquake site tomorrow and see if it was one. We do get some here.

This group does not exist the rabbi who clames to lead it called for the same thing 17 years ago and none showed up. Its a phony vigilante group and shame on the press for treating it as a real one.

No, Hitler was not a Christian, he wanted a return to an old Aryan ancient religion, of which name I can not think of right now. Wait, was it Odinism or something like that? I should be able to find that.

[Ok, I won't use "gang" anymore.] What would the posse do if they spot someone they think is a terrorist? Call the police, of course! But then, what's the point of an armed posse? The only point would be to shoot on-sight someone the posse believes is a terrorist. Like I've said, I have no problem with people carrying weapons, but vigilante justice is usually a bad idea.

The "Hitler was a Christian" argument fails on another level too. Christians were the ones who defeated Nazism. Christians defeated Stalin too. Not much help from the Jewish community in that last battle. In fact, some of those we fought against in the Cold War are now living in Israel and the state will not turn them over to answer for their crimes.

Hitler has Christian roots and that does not mean he was a Christian, exactly my point. So why go about englobing Jews around sickos like Shumers? If you guys generalise, this is where we go to, saying Hitler was Christian. You don't like it? Well, it's not coming from me, nor from "jews".

It does not fail if we apply your sick generalizing fascist logic.

It has nothing to do with the crowd we hang with. It has to do with observations. I am not saying all Jews hate Christians, but a fair number of them don't think too highly of them, while the Christians look up to the Jews.

The crowd we hang with is more interested in fishing and building cabins and many have never even met a Jew. One guy here even asked me what a Jewish person is. He didn't know anything about them except they are some sort of group of people that you hear about every now and then.

The JDL says the worst form of antisemitism in America is Christian missionary work:

The Quiet Holocaust

I visited this web-site and was really shocked to discover that, in the words of the web-site:

The Supreme Court of Israel has already declared that Jews who believe in Jesus are not eligible for citizenship under the Law of Return

Currently, a bill is pending before the Knesset which would outlaw all unsolicited missionary work, including mass mailings ... Israel, being a Jewish state, has the right to assert that its citizens be protected from missionary work.

If a Jew can be an atheist, why can't a Jew believe in Jesus?

Does Israel really discriminate against Christians in this manner?

Is there a serious possibility that free speech rights will be denied to Messianic Jews in Israel?

I favor free speech rights for all Jews everywhere, regardless of their religion.

Let us facce it, since 911 there is a rise in instability in the nation. People are more focused on pointing fingers than focused on restoring the Republic.
