Everyone I talk to knows how I feel about this stuff and while they typically agree, they don't want to get involved and just don't seem to care anymore...that is until something pops, then they all want to talk.

Do you own a gun? Do you obey the law? Who are your representatives? Have they heard from you? Does your spouse understand why you are concerned? There are things you can do to try and prevent another attack, it will just be easier after it happens. After another attack the people will open their eyes again, for a time, and demand the gov't take care of their #1 priority (and cash cow), us.
