DALLAS CITIZENS DENIED ACCESS AS ANARCHISTS STAGE MOCK TRIAL OF EXXONMOBIL
DALLAS, TX In a show of strength and solidarity of cause hundreds of Texans are banding together in Dallas today in support of free markets and capitalism. Members of FreeRepublic of Texas, Texas Citizens for a Sound Economy, Congress on Racial Equality (CORE) and Committee For A Constructive Tomorrow (CFACT) were on hand to join the debate as a cabal of so-called grass-roots activists held a Kangaroo court mock trial against one of Americas great corporations, ExxonMobil.
The hypocrisy of the radicals holding this sham court proceeding is beyond the pale, said Kenda Spaulding, Executive Chapter Leader of the North Texas Chapter of FreeRepublic. The goal of their anti-American rhetoric is to cripple Americas largest employers, starting with ExxonMobil, and keep the United States dependent upon foreign oil producers. They further seek to thwart efforts of large American corporations abroad who are bettering the lives of people around the world by bringing jobs and infrastructure to many third world countries. Real Americans seek to better the lives of others not keep them hungry and in poverty.
Our goal today is to balance the false accusations and radical rhetoric of the anarchists, added Spaulding. As we expected, we were rebuffed in our attempt to speak, because they are not interested in hearing the truth and more importantly they dont want the American people to hear the truth.
Unlike the Anarchists whose only common ground is a hate for the American way of life, the members of our groups speak with one united voice in support of democracy and capitalism. Free markets equal free people and it is corporations like ExxonMobil that are leading this great nation into the 21st century by providing jobs and profits for its shareholders.
If you need further information about where the real people of Texas and America stand, please contact Kenda Spaulding at (XXX) XXX-XXXX.

Exxon/Mobil, you stand accused of delivering at a fair price, less than half that charged in most of the world, a product I need to go to work, take the kids to school, buy the groceries and go see grandma. The verdict: Guilty!
Great job, R.G.!

Exxon/Mobil got on the radical left hit list when they joined a few years ago because they refused to provide spousal benefits to homosexual partners of their employees.
Are they still standing firm on that position? I hope they haven't caved.

Could it be that your love of oppressive authoritarian government or your fear of freedom compels you to smear the good name of Anarchy by identifying it with garden variety socialists? Perhaps you simply misunderstand that the government of the United States of America today is indeed a corporate facasist state. If so, then you should undertake to reeducate yourself. Get real. Today's use of "anarchy" congers up violence and chaos, not you're pollyanna definition. ReaganGirl's use of it is correct in this context.
Unfortunately, yet another term that once stood for something with at least some positive aspects (like "liberal") has been hijacked and redefined by the political left. What were once "anarchists" and "liberals" are now more properly called "anarcho-capitalists" and "libertarians" to differentiate them from the leftist noun usurpers.

"Free markets equal free people and it is corporations like ExxonMobil that are leading this great nation into the 21st century by providing jobs and profits for its shareholders."I would put this the other way around: Free people = free markets. If people have freedom, they create free markets. And Big Corporations are rarely heroes of the free market.

#1, how do these radicals get from one state, city, town, village, university, to another? Surely they walk everywhere, or use a horse and buggy, unless of course, the horse happens to pass a little flatulence enroute to the destination, thereby producing green-house gas, then the rider walks? #2, when one of these environmentalists are ill, they use the natural healing process, rather than inbibe in medication made with the proceeds and plastics used to invent and prepare the medications? #3, the clothes they wear are all organic, ie, cotton, wool, etc. Shoes made of leather, winning the disdain of PETA? #4, the makeup of the women, are contained in paper wraps? #5, during their mock-trial, are they sitting at tables and on wooden benches, chairs, that have been bees-waxed, rather than benches, chairs & tables covered with an oil-based finish? These environmentalists live in "earth homes" rather than high-rise apartments, houses made with products which are transported by GAS GUZZLING trucks, appliances made by LARGE CORPORATIONS, (the finishes are usually oil based) do not use air conditioning, heat with oil, do not sit on sofas made from oil-based materials?
Last by not least, how is their leader getting around? Does he still pretend to ride his bike everywhere and lives in a downtrodden "small" apartment in Grennich (sp)Village?

Wouldn't the presence of sane people only lend credence to the anarchists?
I think the citizens' being denied access does more harm to these "trial" than their being allowed to get into the trial.

As we expected, we were rebuffed in our attempt to speak, because they are not interested in hearing the truth and more importantly they dont want the American people to hear the truth. Yep.
"choice" is another easy thing to nail them with. Take school choice or parential choice, for example. Reverse discrimination is another. They won't answer with logic, but they'll call you names and have a temper tantrum and then try to escape the discussion.

Anarchists believe in courts? Only of the Kangaroo sort.
