QUOTE OF THE DAY: All Memorial Days are solemn days, particularly for those who mourn the loss of a loved one. All Memorial Days are days in which Americans ought to give thanks for freedom and the fact that somebody sacrificed for their freedom. This Memorial Day is the first Memorial Day in a long time in which younger Americans know firsthand the price that was paid for their freedom.

'Ole Jake Chirac looks tan, rested and ready after beating back the forces of darkness, or maybe he didn't read Mark Steyn's latest column ;-)lol

Hopefully, we will have a shot of David Gregory being thoroughly embarassed by the President. Ha! That press conference is one of my Top 10 President Bush moments!! LOL!

Hello, I think our president is doing well on his trip. However some of the press is saying he is tired and testy.

Maybe that's because, as Miss Marple said, Dubya gave David Gregory a real zinger. The press probably doesn't like getting put in their place. TOUGH!
rintense, thank you, you sweet little girl.

I heard a reporter on radio yesterday contrasting the palace-limo-great art museum-caviar of Putin's hospitality vs ranch-pickup truck tour-BBQ hospitality of Bush. So what? Bush OWNS his property and extended the warmth of real friendship to Putin and his wife......they LIKED it!!!!!! (I wouldn't mind going to the ranch myself!)
