I believe there is an article on Movies.com which features a Shatner-esque "Get a Life" quote - attributed to none other than George Lucas. IIRC, it dates back to when Salon.com and others far out in left field were lambasting Episode I. I recently saw the article again, so it is most likely still there, if anyone cares to have a look.

Episode II was awesome IMHO.

I consider it one of the worst movies I have ever seen. The evening before, I saw Spider-Man and it was 1000x, no make that 10,000x better.
