McCarthy adds that 'students deserve better than someone who advocates, as Rice does, sending U.S. Pilots to kill human beings in Afghanistan.' Let's re-phrase this so it meets with parent's values, not some liberal "educator's"....
Hench adds that 'students deserve better than someone who advocates, as McCarthy does, sending PC-liberal scumbags in to poison our young children's minds.'

He quotes Peace Studies teacher Coleman McCarthy, our former Post colleague, as offering 'much praise to the students who are protesting.' Former Post colleague! These poor kids are getting a major brainwashing. Anyone who has a kid in that school who doesn't want them shoved into Marxist thinking better yank them quick. If they have a former "Post colleague" working there, there is no telling how many other leftist whackos are indoctrinating their kids. Someone better get a handle on this.

McCarthy and his ilk are with the terrorists and should be treated as the enemy. He is more of a threat to our children than a pedophile rapist.

I guess they must have missed out on that whole 9-11 thing. Probably too focused on Silence Day for homos, protesting Christian prayer and transfixed on the UN "One World" video collection.

And what were the 3000+ who died in the wake of 9-11? Why doesn't McCarthy go over there and slap Al Queda on the wrist? It's incredible that this person thinks it's OK for someone to do something like 9-11 to us and act like we deserve it! Yes we have more, but that's because we work hard for it. If someone attacks me or mine, they had better watch their backs!

I can't find the principal's email but katy_harvey@fc.mcps.k12.md.us would be a good guess, their server didn't kick back my email.

Ah, I remember Mr. McCarthy - he was among the first to insist that international sanctions be employed in Iraq prior to the Gulf War as a "peaceful" alternative to military intervention, then among the first a couple of years later to scream about how many Iraqi children those very same sanctions were killing. Mr. McCarthy is a grand advocate of "peace studies" no matter how many people they end up killing. His, ah, "intentions" are sound...

If they invited Ms. Albright things would be okay. However, since Condi is from that "other" political party she is not welcome. The peace "thing" is just a facade.

I graduated from B-CC. It hasn't changed a bit. Right in the middle of Lib central, Montgomery County, MD.

How about if we promised not to make any efforts to interdict terrorism in Bethesda-Chevy Chase?
Reckon that would make 'em happy?

Marxism + Stupidity + Arrogance = Peace Studies

I was secretary to a well-known Peace Studies Program for over 8 years. They're nice folks and they mean well but WAY off the bubble when it comes to this sort of thing. They think "peace, love and understanding" will solve all of our problems with those who would war against us.

These students are truly honored to hear from such a role model. I can only hope there are a few who will appreciate the gift.

'students deserve better than someone who advocates, as Rice does sending U.S. Pilots to kill human beings in Afghanistan.'I guess they'd prefer someone like Arafat.

Maybe they can get the Revvvverrrand Jesse Jackson to expound on "How to Shake Yer Booodie and the Art of the Shakedown."
