I'm so exhausted from my trip I just can't write any more tonight; however, I promise to share more thoughts tomorrow night.

Tomorrow day, between commitments at the office and errands, I plan to make LOTS of phone calls to DemoRats and media types -- I also plan to mobilize my GOP mafia comprised of 10 members of my immediate family.

In a way I feel like this is a test of the American public - will they be smart enough to see through the partisan attack it so obviously is, or will they fall for the misleading headlines and lies. I'm not optimistic.

Nor am I, so I have been saturating America with prayers today that we will see through this garbage and realize that it is not possible for Bush to have been so callous as to stand by and allow thousands of the people die, on whose behalf he took an oath to protect and defend their Constitution, and uphold it --- especially taking into mind the Constitutional provision for the national defense. On its face it is utterly ridiculous. But as you say, how many average Americans (God help us!) would look one sentence past the slander without a little help from above?

What say we not give these wimpy, insecure, effeminate jerks the attention they so crave by their insipid remarks? There is no one in this wide world who can change my respect for our President and his chosen administration.

I did see Ari this morning and he is remarkable - HOW does he keep his cool?? The whiny, demanding reporters ask the same questions tediously over and over, or are insulting. He's calm, gives intelligent answers.........I am impressed and respectful.
