griffin,

Thank you so much for your prayer, I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. Just so you know (it won't make any difference to God, he already knows), I'm a "her". And I'm keeping a lookout for anything that I may come across that could help your sister. Bless you both.

Your sister is so young, and according to you has no underlying auto-immune condition (i.e., "otherwise healthy") such as sarcoidosis or rheumatic disease. If her disease is idiopathic, related to environmental exposure, or, genetic, Why isn't she a candidate for lung transplant? Was she treated with steroids to stop the inflammation? Didn't she get immunization to preven pneumococcal pneumonia?

Sarah's oxygen percentage supplied by the ventilator has been able to be turned down!! :) She was at 100% O2 the other day, but is now down to 80% pure O2 and still doing well!! Thanks for all your prayers! The Lord is hearing them! :))

Hi and the Lord's blessing to you all and your families!

This is a request from long ago. Sarah, my sister whom you all graciously prayed for in the past, has been hospitalized all this time and now is weary of the fight. She can't get breath and has been on a ventilator for months. She is having panic attacks when she can't get enough breath and now just wants to go home. I leave tonight, with my brother and his wife, to drive out there and join my mother who has been with Sarah most of this time. We believe Sarah will be requesting that her life support systems be turned off. She will probably be heavily saddated (sp?) and then the ventilator will be turned off as we all stay with her as she steps through the door to the Lord's Kingdom.

I request final prayers for Sarah that she does the Lord's will, that she be given strength, faith and joy in Him. That we, her family and husband be granted the same. Thank you all in advance I and I will reply to each and every one of you for your saint's prayers. God Bless you all and have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Oh griffin, I am so sorry. I watched a friend of mine leave the same way. May her passing be peaceful, soon she will suffer no more. And neither will you.

May God grant you the strength to be with her through her final journey, and may He comfort you afterwards.
