The best possible world is to be able to "appropriate" stuff from another Branch of Service. In my experience the Air Force was the best place to find things. Mainly because, they always seemed to have what I was looking for and were rather easy pickings.

I want to say thank- you to Diver Dave for the post he made reguarding mothers day.The pastor at your daughters church is one heck of a man. I also want to say that your daughter is lucky to have you as a father. Dave you will one day be united with your other two Grandchildren as I will be united with Two of my own children. You see I get to see you in action, the way you treat your family is an example that I hope and pray that I follow. The reason I can say this is that your middle daughter is my wife. I love you and mom so much. And I thank you two from the bottom of my heart for all that you have done for us over the past 6+ years. Thank you for your example Poppy. I love you.

I like almost all of Willie's songs, but in particular, the slower ones. "Blue Eyes Cryin' in the Rain" is hard to beat. There's another one that's nice to listen to - would never have heard it it if weren't on an old tape....called "Staring Each Other Down"...you know, across a crowded room, their eyes met, the whole room could feel the vibes they were giving off.

What wonderful things you have said about your Father-in-law! He is very much loved and respected here in FreeRepublic. Every family should be so fortunate to have a man like him to look up to.

lOL! I looked about three different times! There is no photo there, nor the FR Logo - but one of the AF guys mentioned it in his mail - down close to the bottom of the list. I think the heading is AF something or other. :) Look for that and just read his letter. I really had to search to know what our sexy blonde guy was talking about. LOL That's Diver!
