Great After Action Report, as always, kristinn! This was one of the more "fun" FReeps, and it was such an honor to participate in it with the great DC Chapter. It was nice to see FReeper friends we had met in DC before, and also wonderful to make a few new FReeper friends last night.

I think the highlight of last night's FReep for me was speaking to Matt Drudge, Ann Coulter and Peggy Noonan, who came walking together down the street towards us. I told Peggy Noonan how much I enjoyed her columns in the Wall St. Journal. Drudge was asking us if we had seen him on Crossfire the night before, and Ann was mentioning something about her upcoming book.

OK... we admit it! "zelig" and I touched CarVILE also... ARRRGGGHHH!!! Before I knew it, he was shaking my hand, saying "Hi! How ya doin'?" He is one scary dude, especially with those mirrored sunglasses! What a grip... my hand still hurts! :-(

You are the best. And all of you who braved the miserable weather to FReep those liberal liars are the best, too. Thank you so much....I loved every word in your report, Kristinn. You guys imparted how we feel, the questions we would ask, the comments we would make, were each of us able to get to DC whenever we wished.

What you guys do up close and personal to these people is to confront them, their very consciences, (if they, indeed, still possess such), to their faces in a way they probably NEVER get confronted. One woman walking by asked me about the banner. I told her we were calling on the media to report the truth and the facts without liberal spin. I added we don't want news reported with a conservative bias, either, we just want the unspun news. The woman's face got contorted and she snarled, "Well, watch FOX News then," as she stormed off.
