Joined by gubernatorial candidate Bill Simon, President Bush continued his trip on the left coast today as he spoke to a crowd in San Jose, CA regarding compassionate conservatism. Last night, Bush attended a fund raiser for Simon and raised $2.75 million dollars. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

There - I feel better now after that rant. I totally agree with every thing you said .. but I also read once that STATUS is everything to them .. that without status you are nothing ..
One thing I have noticed .. the Clinton's don't like to be laughed at and the don't like a confrontation ..
Hilda hates that the most and will start stumbling over herself ..
Remember that debate with Rick Lazo .. he was IN HER FACE and she lost control and stated stumbling all over the place
The media NEVER confronts her .. they ALWAYS give her a pass and NEVER question why she ALWAYS says I don't know
You want to shut the Clinton's up .. Confront them head on

I voted for Carter the first time, as I have admitted before. He is why I am never going to vote democrat again. What a loser!
I think my democrat sister even voted for Reagan in 1980, because she was so mad about this stuff.
I am telling you, that 4 years was like 20.
Oh...let's not forget mortgage interest rates of 18%!!! And the killer rabbit!!
To: Miss Marple
Oh, lordy, that bleak, barren, dark Christmas that Carter instigated! And then the electric companies had the nerve to charge us MORE for electricity because.......TA DAH! they weren't making enough money.

Wasn't there something about fireside chats and cardigan sweaters? Does every demoRat president want to revive FDR? Why else would one talk of a National Malaise?

What I loved about the speech was this: Bush was talking about programs to really help people get out of poverty and become self sufficient. Then he said this: "it's more than GOOD INTENTIONS, its GOOD RESULTS."
WHOOOOO HOOOOO!! Wait until the dems digest that. Their only mode of operation is "good intentions". Rush must say that at least once every show. It's one of the first things I began to notice about the liberal way of thinking. It didn't matter if the plan worked; it was just the plan itself which was applauded.

Will you ever forgive me for voting for Carter 26 loooong years ago?

Sounds like something Gray Doofus attempted in California.

Those BORING talks in a sweater (to show us all that he was keeping the thermostat turned down and that he was "just folks") were the absolute last straw! ESPECIALLY the one about how we were in a national malaise and our bad mood was all OUR fault!!
I am on a rant tonight!
How are your house plans coming?

The Clintons are all about power. And they want it ALL. It is so sickening. I gave up watching the news because he was on all the time. My mute button was wearing out.
In all honesty, about 6 months through his first term, when he was getting so much bad press (and he was), I thought, well, he can't be that bad. So, I decided to give a look-see. I actually tried to support him. This lasted about one month and then I couldn't take it anymore. The guy is, was, and always will be a total slime ball through and through. There is absolutely nothing redeemable about that man.
And to think he was elected twice. The first time was a fluke due to Perot but a second time?
