President Bush spoke to the press late this afternoon from the Western Whitehouse, confirming reports that both Israel and Arafat have agreed on a way to end the stand off at Arafat's headequarters. Arafat has agreed to hand over six wanted terrorists to US and British officials while the Israelis have agreed to let Arafat free and to pull out of Ramallah. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

The English language is sorely lacking in this area. I love pizza, I love my cats, and I love my husband, too!

You are right, it's mostly the inflection in our voice that tells the listener what kind of "love" we are referring to when we say we love something. That emphasis is missing in cyber space. Why is it that the Dose disrupters are so quick to read the wrong type of meaning into our love for President Bush when they read our replies? Someone's got their mind in the gutter and it's not us Bush Babes!

Did you really think that was funny? Nah, I don't think so. Really, you thought it was funny? I hope you didn't work too hard in getting that pic--believe me, it was NOT funny.

This is a repeat from the SUPER DOSE a funny pun I read in the Cathiloc Review. by Fr. "Joe" I can't spell his last name. Here's the pun: There was giong to be a contest held for the best pun. the winner got a free trip to anywhere he or she wanted to go. So this young man decided to enter some of his favorite puns. (there was no limit to how many puns could be submitted) So the young man entered ten puns. But, Alas!, when it came time to judge the puns. he lost because NO PUN IN TEN DID!.....ducking!LOL

Greek word examples of love:

Eros - Means sexual passion, arousal, its gratification and fulfillment. The origin of the word came from the mythical god Eros, the god of love.

Storge - Is the familial bond of love that knits together mother with infant, father with children, and family members with each other.

Phileo - Denotes a loving friendship based upon common interests. It is often accompanied by warm feelings and affection. It often involves a shared interest or commitment to a common cause or to cherished ideals.

Agape - The love of God towards humanity. It is a love that seeks the highest good for the recipient. Unlike Phileo--which is a natural inclination based upon feelings and affection--Agape is a love that is a direction of the will. It seeks the betterment of others, even its enemies, regardless of feelings.

I love that pic in post 148 with Poppy and Millie. We went up to Kennebunkport once with the kids and found the Bush's house! It is on a point of land with a lovely cove beside it. We sat on the rocks in the cove and looked over at the house. It is a gorgeous site, though the house is not grand at all. It looks like a large beach cape that continued to be added on over the years, but it has an awesome view!!
