The INS presented no evidence that Haddad was a threat to national security. But the government noted that Haddad owned a 12-gauge Remington shotgun, which he bought at a Kmart in September 1998, and said possessing the weapon made him a threat to the community. Hacker's decision said Haddad faced possible criminal charges for keeping the gun while in the country illegally.
When did the act of owning a gun make someone a threat to the community?
The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service arrested Haddad for overstaying a tourist visa by nearly three years. The INS is trying to deport him,..........
His visa is no good for three years and the are trying to deport him. Geez
The INS is "trying" to deport this character, who is here illegally. For crying out loud, what does it take? One doesn't "try" to deport him, he is simply deported. It's not rocket science. This individual has questionable means of support and is here illegally. Come on, what does it take? Must he commit an act of terrorism first?
Why is it that these illegal immigrants can't do their 'charity' from say, Kuwait... or Lebanon? Maybe because Kuwait's government wouldn't have to TRY to deport the likes of these people, or treat them with kid gloves even when they have so clearly violated their visas?
