I can't tell if this guy is a threat or not, but this is very disturbing:

The INS presented no evidence that Haddad was a threat to national security. But the government noted that Haddad owned a 12-gauge Remington shotgun, which he bought at a Kmart in September 1998, and said possessing the weapon made him a threat to the community. Hacker's decision said Haddad faced possible criminal charges for keeping the gun while in the country illegally.

When did the act of owning a gun make someone a threat to the community?

The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service arrested Haddad for overstaying a tourist visa by nearly three years. The INS is trying to deport him,..........

His visa is no good for three years and the are trying to deport him. Geez

I believe that it is a violation of federal law for an illegal alien to possess a firearm.
