The INS is trying to deport him, his wife, Salma al-Rushaid, and three of their four children.

The INS is "trying" to deport this character, who is here illegally. For crying out loud, what does it take? One doesn't "try" to deport him, he is simply deported. It's not rocket science.This individual has questionable means of support and is here illegally. Come on, what does it take? Must he commit an act of terrorism first?

I agree with you. There is something really wrong with our laws if we have to "try" to deport someone who is here illegally. Illegal is illegal, deport them back and then let them fight it any questions from their own country.

Yes, unfortunately. Bush just doesn't get it or doesn't want to get it---his top priority is to ge re-elected with the help of minority voting blocs....our nation's security comes second to him.
