A day in the life of President Bush (photos): 4/5/02

President Bush welcomed British Prime Minister Tony Blair to the Western White House today for talks about the current crisis in the Middle East. The meeting was initially supposed to be about Iraq, but has taken a detour given recent events in Israel. In an interview with Granada television, however, Bush made it clear that Saddam Hussein has to go (see the QotD). Enjoy the daily dose of Dubya!

Anyway, Cramer says later in the show "I did not vote for George W. Bush but after listening to his speech yesterday, I am ashamed that I did not."

WOW is right! My gosh.....that is really revealing and really nice to know. His speech was tremendous. His face alone carried the conviction of a man who knows who he is and what he intends to do. I believe he is a 'natural' leader.

Remember that the Chinese sent an unarmed missile whizzing over Taiwan during Clinton's first trip to Beijing (when he had that kind of Troy Donahue blonde hair color LOL)?

HAHAHAHAHA! Clinton went through more hair colors than Madonna.

Great post! Seems to me that foreign policy is one of Bush's strongest points now. I think we can all thank Condie Rice for that. She seems to be Dubya's most trusted advisor.

I see you don't understand how this works. The Bush-bashers can rant and rave, make up all sorts of stories, be crude and vulgar, and we should just take it in the "spirit of open debate."

BUT, if we utter anything critical of them, no matter how mild, we are labeled as Kool-ade drinking Bushbot cultists.

I just thought you should understand the rules. Heheheh.

In all honesty, when I first heard the name Dingle Norwood, I thought it was some porn star's name.

LOL! Thanks for the info. I shall keep that in mind. I made the foolhardy mistake of trying to be rational. Won't happen again. :o)

That's what I think most Americans are seeing in W. A real leader. A friend of mine and I were talking and she said, "can you believe all the crap that W has to deal with now? Gee...I think he really wanted to be the education president and instead, he has to deal with one crisis after another." I said, yeah I know, he's got to deal with all the crap that Clinton created. She then said, "I swear, there isn't a day that goes by when I don't THANK GOD that W is in charge." So true, so true.

Thank you for the history lesson. The pic may be of her profile and rather small, but her beauty is evident. My daughter shares her name so I'm printing out your 'lesson' for school. :o)

Oh swell....they're bashing me on other threads behind my back too? What a pathetic bunch of cowards. If that happens again, would you mind pinging me, so I can defend myself?

Actually, I've decided they can call me a Kool-aid drinker, a Bushbot, a cheerleader, or whatever they want, but when they accuse me of sexual immorality because I support the President, they've crossed the line, and when they drag my family into it like this guy did, I explode.

If it happens again, I may pack my bags for good, except for a few safe havens (like this one).
I was an active child who got hurt a lot, and frankly, I don't need any more scars.
