Heh heh heh. Couldn't happen to a more deserving pol. The interesting question here is whether or not Davis actually asked Her Heinous to come, or whether Davis was told to expect a visit. How fitting. Hee hee.

For immediate release:
I want to thank Hillary Rodham Clinton for taking time out from her busy schedule of fighting the Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy to come to California on my behalf.
In these selfish days of people demanding to keep more of their own hard earned money at the expense of the down-trodden teachers of the NEA, and gay's, and gun-grabbers; It's important to remember the forces aligned against the true progress movement. We must never allow a hard-hearted Republican National movement to usurp our sacrifices of keenly re-investing peoples money into the liberal policies that have made California what it is today.
I fully welcome fellow Arkansian, Hillary to the great effort of ensuring the Governor's office is never held by a person with a sense of scruples or dignity or competence. The lives of too many Californians, such as John Walker Lindh, hang in the balance of this election.
It's important that the people of California stop hating us because we are from Arkansas. Welcome Hillary!
-Greyout Davis
(Paid for by the Illinois chapter of Greyout Davis for governor... Giving California what it deserves!)

HRC only comes because with all the Dems out here it's a fairly safe situation.
Both of them disgust me.

If that doesn't harpoon his chances nothing will...

I don't see what good this will do. Diehard lefties will vote Davis anyway. Middle of the road Dems are the people they have to worry about, I really don't think these are Hillary's people.

"Yes sir, she's gonna put on her crusty old rotten crotched black pants suit and her donkey ears and start stumpen for toasty dim-out Davis."
. . .and yet, no matter how ugly the truth of Hillary is; she will get 'good press'. . .
. . .the enablers of the 'Left' will make it a good day for Hillary.

Maybe Laura Bush should pay a visit to the Golden State - battle of the 1st ladies! Unfortunately, I think there are too, too many loony leftist in California to have as much faith in their support of HRC than you do. San Francisco is even more liberal than NYC! I doubt she'd venture into the Valley tho.

Middle of the road Dems are the people they have to worry about, I really don't think these are Hillary's people. A LOT of professional women in California still think the sun rises and sets on Hillary, but they aren't too sure about Davis. This visit is aimed at keeping that demographic safely in the fold.
