I think it would be nice to collect a list of all of the things President Bush has accomplished thus far in his term. In an effort to provide FAIR and BALANCED coverage to President Bush's administration, I thought interested Freepers could post accomplishments, both large and small, which they appreciate.
Please do not hesitate to list EO's, roll-backs of EO's, regulation changes with which you are familiar, etc.
All positive accomplishments are welcome. If you have negative comments, please post them on the other thread. Thank you.
What about those 2,000 + Americans MURDERED in Cold Blood???
Oh that is right .....it doesnt fit in your little world.
Don't be spouting that garbage here..
We all just sick of the "He's lost my vote" group -- you know, the ones that never gave him their vote in the first place. They have an agenda.
WRONG ANSWER!!!!!!
Cave thread is over there------------->
I don't like his choice in Ties!
:-)
Well, for those who favor more intrusive government my list could certainly be considered positive. Besides, since when has dissension and debate been banned from certain threads? If you all want to get together in some corner of cyberspace and enjoy a collective orgasm over Bush's accomplishments, go to a password-protected Yahoo chat room or something.
If the POTUS thinks a bill is unconstitutional, he is under obligation not to sign it--not pass the buck to the SCOTUS.
The philosphy of the balance of powers is the key thing to keep in mind here. All three branches are responsible to defend the Constitution. The SCOTUS is actually the last line of defense.
We need to quit playing games and patting ourselves on the back for it. It is precisely how we have gotten into the mess we are in as a nation.
He brought a wonderful First Lady to the White House.
He made New Yorkers feel proud in a tragic time.
BUSH/CHENEY 2004!!!!
Wrong answer!!!!
Now back to our regluarly scheduled daily Bush Love-In...!!!!!!!
I don't know why you all keep saying we cannot tolerate ANY criticism of Bush; I have criticized him myself. We all just sick of the "He's lost my vote" group -- you know, the ones that never gave him their vote in the first place. They have an agenda.

I didn't vote for Bush so I try not to state he's lost my vote. In answer to your question you might want to take note of the suggestions that I belong on DU or some such. Most have allowed me to make my comments and I appreciate that. As for an agenda, I would hope that I did have a conservative agenda. As for voting for Bush, I might some day. I won't if he keeps this stuff up. I don't know how I could be any more fair that that.
Go ahead and make a general all purpose reponse, and I'll let it drop. I'd like to quit posting to this thread.
I apologize for my post above. I didn't see your request for us to offer only positive comments. (But I still think my complaint is very important--as do many, many of our more thoughtful FReepers.)
