Well, I lose respect for anyone who lies. I would love it if he said "Ah, screw it, fix the unconstitutional parts then ill sign it" but I have a feeling he wont... Im just not going to toe the line like some robot. the bill is unconstitutional and he said he'll sign it...that angers me. So YOU relax.

Come on. The president is entitled to change his mind if he explains why. He said that he agreed with the need for campaign reform but there were some things with the bill he did not like. Anyway, where were all the republicans in the senate. They voted for CFR. Be angry at them, not at the President. If he does not sign it he will be smeared all over the papers and the TV and why should he endure such grief when he knows the SC will find parts of it unconstitutional. You chill out and quit the whining. No need to tow the line but also no need to abandon ship. Such fickle friends the President doesn't need.

It seems too many people are taking the bait of the liberal press and some other media persons who are wanting attention because their ratings SUCK and have stopped paying attention to what is really happening.

Oh for heavens sake......Bush let the republicans in the senate and house know from the git go (in so many words) that if THEY did not stop a campaign finance bill but helped pass one through, he WOULD sign it. I am ashamed that lugar joined forces with McCrazy on this as he is my senator. I hope with all of your whining and complaining that you took the time to call the republican senators and vascillating Dem senators to voice your opinion-if you didn't-shame on you.
