BALDWIN, Pennsylvania (AP) -- Police said Sunday they plan to file charges against at least seven children, ages 8 to 12, for allegedly invading the apartment of two young women, molesting them and stealing their food.

Paperwork will be filed Monday to schedule juvenile court hearings on charges including robbery, indecent assault, trespassing and conspiracy, said officials in the suburb of Pittsburgh.

We should have these kids on an MTV special and begin a dialouge. We need to understand them.

These are liberal raised kids and now we see the results - no boundaries or self control.

Well, boundaries would be good. High-voltage ones. After they'd gotten a few sparklers and were suitably hungry, they might even learn self-control.

2Ch 36:9 Jehoiachin was eight years old when he began to reign, and he reigned three months and ten days in Jerusalem: and he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD.
10 And when the year was expired, king Nebuchadnezzar sent, and brought him to Babylon, with the goodly vessels of the house of the LORD, and made Zedekiah his brother king over Judah and Jerusalem.

G-d held this boy, Jehoiachin, responsible at the age of eight, just as he will the above children.  Cursed children of cursed children.

How many remember the condemnation Dubya received for promoting marriage in the welfare reform program?

You just don't understand, you have to look at the bright side, at least no one exposed these poor tots to any religious or moral ideas at school -- THAT would be a scandal!

Borough officials said they've complained to the owner, Home Properties of Rochester, New York. Nobody answered calls seeking comment at the company's headquarters on Sunday.

Sounds like the socialists are running the place. Complain to the property owner because, what? Its racist to enforce laws?

Yes. Afternoon "STONING" contests would be wholesome. Also a senior citizen molestation competition

I'm big on home defense, but I'm not sure I could pull the trigger to shoot 11-year olds who are stealing my stuff... I might want to, but the age thing would be difficult for me to overcome... same with females.

Dagnabbit, I'm just too old-fashioned! My crooks gotta be ugly, male, and over 17! With lots of dramatic music, especially heavy on the bass, as their soundtrack! =^)

These kids need a good mother. But who? Andrea Yates is busy for the next 40 years. Hmm?? Oh! I got it!

ROSIE!

This reminds me of the homeless kids in the large South American cities who surround the tourists. But these kids, in PA, are supposed to have homes and families!! If someone in that apartment had laid a hand on one of these little b******s, would they have been brought up on charges?

"The youngsters remain in their parents' custody.

And what good is that? These "youngsters" belong in reform school and their parents charged!

Speaking of spankings, I think it's high time we take a cue from Singapore and start introducing caning. I loved it when they gave that spoiled little American brat who spray painted on cars a good whupping.

Doesn't the state of Pennsylvania, have public nuisance laws? If this apartment complex, has this much trouble, should not the owners of the complex, forced to evict problem teneants or face forclosure?

This is strictly conjecture, but I would reason the public officials are between a rock and a hard place. You have only 300 section 8 occupants out of 1000 and some odd units that are the cause of all the problems. What do they do with the working and rent paying members of the unit that are law abiding? I have no solutions and you are correct that there are public nuisance laws here.

That's why I have a sword hanging above my desk in my home office. In a close-quarters situation, a long blade has several advantages over a gun:

Thanx for the reply! I agree with the problem the officials have. Here in Washington, there have been cases, in which entire apartment complexes are closed, though much of it due to landlord negligence , but there was a case of one complex closed because troublesome tenants. I agree about the fates of those tenants who are innocent and trying to live their lives in peace. Section 8 must be modified or abolished!

I doubt many companies man their
switchboards on Sunday.
