Um, nobody cares about his upward mobility being stalled by his racist past. Get this thread outta here. Well, only the people of West Virginia can get rid of Senator Byrd. However, that doesn't mean everyone else shouldn't be bothered by his racist past. After all, how many other states have Senators who were Grand Dragons of the Ku Klux Klan, eh?
