Two senior agents from the FBI's Baltimore office told a private detective yesterday that the mistaken shooting of an unarmed Pasadena man likely would be ruled a "clean shoot," and discouraged him from looking into the case further, the investigator said in an interview. Dudley F.B. "Butch" Hodgson, a former FBI agent who has been retained by the shooting victim's lawyers, said he was told by one of the agents: "There's no middle ground in this thing. You're either with us or against us."

"Check your history. The shooting of Randy Weavers wife occurred during the Bush the First administration."

Thank you for this post. Most here only love truth if it doesn't cut against the RePubs. One certainly cannot print truth about "Bush 'Jr.' or Sr." This is just as dishonest as Clinton is/was.

When does truth remain truth no matter? When do we call for the identical values from all camps? When does it get exposed even if it cuts both ways or even if it cuts the way we hate to see it go?

Anyway, he needed a break. Mr. Braga clearly needs a break, and it looks like he's been the shooter in the last three gun incidents in that office.

A very interesting point. Can you supply any details references etc.? Now the fact that some serious juice may be behind the investigation has my curiosity piqued. Just who might Mr. schultz know be related to etc. who may have been on the recieving end of a message? My usuual experience is that unless someone is known directly by a mover/shaker or immediate family member of a mover/shaker there is not going to be a whole lot of interest in making big waves.

I note that you do seem to have some interesting contacts/phone numbers.

It seems pretty clear at this point that there will be no justice -- until the day comes when the FBI and everyone that supports them get put up against a wall...

"Yes, he was a US Marshall...."

Propaganda -- present evidence.

Present evidence Louis Freeh was lying when he refered to Hourichi as an FBI agent in this report ---

A Report to the American People on the Work of the FBI, 1993 - 1998, by Louis J. Freeh Director

Quote---"In 1998, all of us in the FBI were gratified to learn that a federal court dismissed the criminal charges brought against Special Agent Lon Horiuchi arising out of the events at Ruby Ridge, Idaho, in 1992...."

[note--appeals court said Hourichi could be tried, but newly elected prosecutor in Idaho decided to not try Horiuchi].

True enough the Ruby Ridge situation started out with U. S. Marshalls abusing travel and per diem regulations and standards, but it ended up with an FBI firing team banging away at the baby.

Lon was brought in to hit the target. He's supposed to be one of the FBI's top snipers.

What none of us knew about him when he was a little boy was that he was sociopathic. It just didn't show.

Ive seen em forming "response" hazard teams w/ chem, bio and EOD sorts kinda like FEMA on steroids but I haven't seen em doing "investigative" door kicker duty yet. Are they doing that ? Not doing that ?? I don't know. Trust your sources though.

Which ever way it turns out were screwed, glued and tattooed as the camel has his nose under the tent flap now (problem is he's all the way in the tent looking out to his next destination IMHO )

"...Ruby Ridge situation started out with U. S. Marshalls abusing travel and per diem regulations and standards, ...."

Let's not forget that the U.S. Marshalls made a false report, lied to the grand jury, lied to the court --- and then claimed immunity for lying.

[documented in court case linked in post 151 ].

Horiuch also put out false propaganda that Randy Weaver was wouned in the back, from ambush, because he pointed a rifle at a helicopter. [ Horiuchi would not say this under oath in court ---see link in post 151]. let us not forget that Horiuchi shot Randy Weaver in the back and killed Vicki Weaver from ambush --- the FBI had not announced their presence or asked anyone to surrender---[ documented in court case in post 151 ].

They HAVE to have them. You can have all the investigators and technicians in the world, but it does no good uless you have enforcement teams to back up your policies with muscle.

Martin

I joined the Army and took the service exam. They found my psych results fit a certain profile. A certain "Moral flexibility" would be the best way to describe it.... I was loaned out to a CIA-sponsored program. It's called "mechanical operations." We sort of found each other....

DEBI

You're a government spook?

MARTIN

I was, but no... yes... I was before, but now I'm not. It's irrelevant, really. The idea of governments, nations, it's mostly a public relations theory at this point, anyway. But I'll tell you something, until about five months ago, I really enjoyed my work.

DEBI
Jesus Christ!

MARTIN

Then I started losing my taste for it. Which usually means your time is up. But then I realized it was something entirely different.... I started getting the sneaking, dark suspicion that maybe there was... meaning to life.

DEBI

Okay. Great, Martin, that's just great. Meaning to life... Mmm....

MARTIN

Like, that there's a point? An organic connection between all living things.

DEBI

Let me help you along, Martin. You're a sociopath!

MARTIN
(defensive)

A sociopath kills for no reason. I kill for money.

Re your #211...They (the FBI)have always been lying, murdering bastards..

I hear you!!!A local police chief here , in 1936, murdered a jailed convict to preventself self-incrimination....the only serious act to date. Why, would you believe it?...These local "murdering basrards" are still fielding a small police force in the year 2002....66 years later! Can you imagine?

Why, you and I should be looking for human perfection in any police and anti-criminal organization....It is essential that each and every agent should be faultless in their excellence, God-like....just as you or I would be!!

Everyone knows that all FBI agents, clearly, have criminal tendencies. Ruby Ridge and Waco could have been acomplished by any of the some 10,000 plus agents active, hired, and retired in the intervening period.....non-of whom have any loyalty to country, honor, or personal integrity!

Bill collecting is similar, but they do owe the money!

I always liked the guys who said "but gee I will go bankrupt and all these people will be out of work". True enough, they'll go bankrupt, but all that means is the property gets a new owner and the employees get new jobs.

Sociopaths don't care about any of that.

A good shooting???? Did the kid point a gun at the agent???Then how can they say it was a good shooting.

Please don't tell me that this former Marine, combat veteran, etc. etc. etc. was frightened by this kid unbuckling his seat belt.

If what this investigator says is true, 'your either for us or against us' put me down for against.

Unbelievable
