Ohh, have mercy! Thank God they didn't release the entire video of the plane smashing into the Pentagon! My faint American heart wouldn't be able to stand it! I can hardly stomach these DoD stills of the explosion, as it is. I'm feeling faint now. Must lay down.

Great post. Thanks for responding with an "ear-witness account". I can very much appreciate what you went through with this one. We live near enough to O'Hare Airport to live under a landing pattern which is generally not too noisy. Every so often I hear plane engine noise that is indeed worrisome from how low it seems to be coming in. So far, knock on wood, there's never been a problem around here with planes crash-landing in outlying suburbs away from O'Hare, but yes, it certainly could happen.

I think the Pentagon computers may have been set for Sept 12 0500 military time in the Aleutians (which was the time of the Sept 11 attack in Washington) , and it was by mistake entered into the computer as 17:39:19 Sept 12

As for the rest of the listed passengers... I'd have to go through each one individually but this question is the common sense achilles heal of saying a plane didn't hit the Pentagon.

Well, there are lists of the passengers online. Go to it.

Having said that I still think no plane hit the Pentagon and the Olson stuff was all a good show.

If someone walks me through the process, I'll post some picture that have been cleared for release.

Let's look at some of these questions from a different perspective. Picture in your mind the number of press reports, pictures, and videos we've all seen about WTC. Now contrast that to what you've seen from the Pentagon (hint, there should be a big difference favoring WTC). OK, why? Conspiracy - NOT! Maybe it's to protect the classified information that littered the attack site, and to protect the identities of many law enforcers who were brought into the restricted site to help investigate the attack???

The offices in the Pentagon handle the Nation's military secrets, be they paper or electronic based. When a plane weighing over 800,000 pounds and moving in excess of 350mph slams into a solid object, the blast effect is enormous - - add the fact that 60,000lbs of fuel spilled out, followed the plane's inertia path 200 feet through the building, vaporized along the way, then ignited a split second later, I hope you can see the intensity and enormity of the overall blast effect.

You also have to know how the building is configured to put this together to get a clear picture. The Pentagon is not a solid building. The five rings that make up the unique design all have their own inner and outer walls, then clear and open areas between the rings before you reach the next wall of the next ring. There are corridors that run from the inside A ring to the outside E ring, with the corridors being connected by perpendicular hallways (I know this is hard to envision. Maybe I'll see if I can post a picture that shows this, or look at previous posts that show the overhead and you can get the idea).

So, the blast effect over a width of 500+ feet, to a depth of over 200+ feet, and five stories high, created an enormous evidence field when classified information was dislodged and began to float around in the fires, and in the water from the broken pipes, etc., as well as having been blown into the open areas between the rings, and through the hallways and corridors. It all added up to one big security problem, hence no pictures released that could potentially show a military secret that would aid an enemy.

A similar situation potentially existed with the sheer numbers of law enforcement folks who flooded the crime scene. Military and civilian agents from every three letter abbreviation you could imagine, all the way down to the EPA (due to the hazardous materials released - - NO, not another conspiracy here, but PCBs and the like from all the electrical vaults and blown transformers, asbestos, etc.)came to assist in the investigation. I can see where some agents would like to have their identities protected, thus NO PICTURES. It's not to hide anything, it's to protect people so they can live to fight another day.

Look closely at the motion of the stills from the security camera (thread 194). As I previously stated, you can see the blur of the aircraft in the contrast between frames 1 and 2. The lens was never designed to show the depth of field needed to render any clearer a picture. Look at the rest of the frames over and over again and you'll see aircraft parts and debris being showered to the front of the building and over the top of the E-Ring.

I was an eye witness to the fact that it was an airliner that struck the building. The cockpit and front landing gear strut and tire assembly (wreckage) ended up 240 feet into the building coming to rest on the outside wall of our offices. We were in the office that day and we exited into A&E drive to find the building on fire, and people needing rescue. We did just that, and in the course of those rescue efforts, we directly observed hundreds of pieces of what was the American Airliner.

I guess it takes a lot of paper clips hanging off your belt (in a single trail akin to an antenna) to apply some reason to the madness.

It is probably worth noting that demdesur has yet to respond to your testimony and call you a liar to your "face".

I don't care if your mother said she was sitting on the lawn and saw the plane ram the building.

This is a square demolition. A plane would have messed up the grass directly in front of the building which it did not (not open for discussion). A plane would have gone through 3 rings of the building which MSNBC just reported... look at the picture below and previous pictures and you'll see the demolition only took out the first ring.

This obviously is a huge intel operation (hence random military witnesses and some non-military witnesses... none that saw both plane and explosion... many that saw one or the other) and they could get away with it fine if they just had more explosives to the left of the building to avoid the straight left wall which gives it away. If the left wall wasn't perfectly straight I would address the passengers but I don't even need to go there (you explain the left straight wall and I'll look into the passenger list.

FWIW, I think the Mossad is blackmailing the US with stuff Deutch downloaded to his personal computer and the roque elements in the DIA/CIA and/or Mossad did the WTC and the Pentagon had a backup plan to avoid being framed... or to remove itself as a suspect (also to save its "allies" and credibility in the world)... they blew up the demolitions (probably plan z) and didn't do a good enough job with the demolotions... oh, another thing that gives it away is the Pentagon has security cameras all over the damn place!!! Duh.

This theory is not comforting but it is the only thing I can come up with that is realistic. Having said that I'm heading for comfort and leaving this thread. Regardless, Bush is a military/oil industrial complex whore!
