Who left the dimensional door open?

Telepathic Football Threatens Chilean Teens

VILLA SAN RAFAEL, Chile (Wireless Flash) -- Forget Bigfoot or the Mothman. The newest paranormal creature is a four-legged football.

Believe it or not, a creature matching that exact description has been sighted threatening teenagers in Villa San Rafael, Chile.

Researchers at the Calama UFO Center in Chile claim the mysterious menace has wings, a face like a large bulldog and is "shaped like a rugby football with legs."

Paranormal researcher Dr. Virgilio Sanchez-Ocejo isn't sure if the creature is one of those goat-sucking chupacabras, but admits both animals telepathically communicate with humans.

The winged football is just one of hundreds of strange creatures that have been terrorizing Chile since 1999 and Dr. Sanchez-Ocejo suspects the mysterious beings are entering Chile through a dimensional doorway.

Yup. A pain. TriTip is famous around Santa Barbara-Santa Ynez. Vaquero food. Always salsa, spicy beans, fresh French bread. Absolute heaven.

Fort Sill is by Lawton Oklahoma.
Place has coyotes (lots) and rattlesnakes (Somewhat rare to find. Only saw three.)
I think the most abundant animal was that darn brown mosquito with red eyes. 50 of them land on you and carry you off (that was the joke in uniform at the time)
I like snow too much to go further south.
We have an overabundance of pine trees here. Want some? Went hiking last Saturday. The smell of pine was overpowering. But it was worth a few sniffles to see the view I did. Didn't have a camera on me. Still kicking myself for it.

And yes, my humor is way off kilter. Laters -Darksheare

hi darksheare
we don't have mosquitoes on the desert
our air is too dry for them
so sitting out at night is a joy
I sure miss your pine trees tho
I still have my pine needle pillow from Adironadacks gift shop
I threw out everything I took with me from NY, but I kept that
you are lucky to have seen coyotes
I only saw them once briefly
they call them ''God's dogs''
Love, Palo

At Fort Sill, the coyotes are completely unafraid of people.
May have changed since I was there, though. That was 1996. Even Fort drum here in New York has changed since then.
Coyotes at Drum as well. New York is having a resurgence in the population. Official word is that they aren't there. But then a kid gets nipped by one in the suburbs and people freak out.
I do miss the 'wide woods'. Strange thing: I've never gotten lost in the woods. Hopefully it will never be.
I remember being out on a long hike once, and crashing out in a pine tree for a few hours. Sap took forever to come out of my clothes, but it was a nice snooze.
