Jes' a minute. Bush had reinstated Reagan's Mexico City policy last year, and this charge does not comport with that. I think that this money is available only to groups who do not use or promote abortion as a method of birth control; thus International Planned Parenthood is out of the cash loop on this.

Covenant News has no credibility. What is "abortion-family planning activities"? Do they My guess is that none of the money is going to fund abortions. If it was, Covenant News would have said "abortion", not "abortion-family planning".

But then some people consider the use of condoms and birth control pills/devices a form of abortion.
