Forty-three years ago today, Fidel Castro rode into Havana, triumphantly, atop a Sherman tank after having defeated the Batista regime, ready to establish his own dictatorship.
Moments ago, on TV, I saw the old bastard sporting a brand-new New York Fire Department baseball cap, a gift from a visiting US Congressman.
Does anyone know who this rat bastard was that gave Fidel the opportunity to desecrate the memories of American Heroes?
I want this bastards name.
Usually the most vocal communist sympathizers are the first ones put against the wall after a red revolution - I'd keep that in mind before supporting it...
Governor George Ryan (RINO-IL) was there in Nov. 1999. He's about as much a "Republican" as Mike Bloomberg is.
Castro IS bad you jerk, bad to the US. Not bad to you maybe, after all, he DOES facilitate the entry of drugs into the US, he does murder US citizens, he does manufacture biological and chemical weapons, he did give a conference just prior to 9/11 in Iraq where he re-stated his commitment to the destruction of the US, we just busted his spy ring, one member of such ring infiltrated the Pentagon, the only spy ever to have accomplished that.
But to you a__hole libs, he's not such a bad guy!
You are a lying sack of **** as well, no Cuban wants the US to fight that fight, maybe, if you where an American, you would be outraged still at the billions of $$$ in property and businesses that Castro stole from Americans, but to you, he's an OK guy.
You don't know jack about me, but you ASSume that I am not an activist against trade with China, and you ASSume that you know every detail of every press release from every lobbying group that exists because of the Cuban migration into the US.
BTW a__hole, I am an American.
But hey, good luck, I'm getting ready myself. But I prefer my 45 and my Springfield 308 with a 5.5 X 15.5 Nikon.
I'm a very long way from commie...........
You are THE MAN!!!
Jayne, can I submit a belated Quote of the Day nomination?
Haven't seen you around much, but then, I haven't been around too much either. Hope all's well. Later. 8^)

"1. either you were one of US-MOB having business in cuba and cozy relationship with dictator prior to current dictator Castro."
2. "Or some cuban (not american) having property/business in cuba."
Conrad Hilton, losing his properties in Cuba, where exactly, other than your aforementioned body cavity, would he fit?
How about US Sugar?
Southern Bell?
Or maybe, I could be one of the millions of Cuban business men who lost their business.
You try awfully hard to say something that would insult me, but you are unable to even do that.
"...also if you are really american, do you want to return trillions of dollars worth or property to British loyalists who fled to Canada during American Revolution ?
If YOU were a REAL American, you would hardly be drawing comparisons between Castro's dictatorship and the American revolution.
Best as I could tell, the newly formed Amnerican government didn't TAKE their businesses, they left them behind and fled.
Now, run along and play, there are adults in here talking grown up stuff.
