I am in the 2nd group myself, as a non-fundamentalist. When you consider the non-Christians, and the CINO's in the country, the 72% for at least fundamentally true is pretty good, it seems to me.

However, there are some things from the caves that had not been considered as 'Scripture' before and will not be now.
I am under orders to avoid arguments such as this. My opinion isn't going to sway anyone whose mind is made up.
