We need the stewardship of 5,000 Free Republic members to insure the continuation of the Free Republic Life Form!
Jim Robinson said in yesterday's post: "My projections are that our regular monthly expenses for next year will be running in the neighborhood of $22,000 per month, or approximately $264,000 total for the year. This means we will need to raise approximately $66,000 per quarter."
If 5,000 Free Republic members who believe in paying their own way and that no free lunch ever exists, pledge $5/month. Jim's goals and needs will be quickly surpassed!
5,000 good stewards of Free Republic pledging $5/month will total $75,000 per quarter. That would allow Jim/John a little breathing room!
Many of us donate more per month than that. So please don't reduce your donation. We just need 5,000 regular pledgers to make things easier for Jim.
Are there 5,000 good Stewards out there who can afford $5/month to keep alive the Free Republic Life Form?
One way to afford this is to cancel your subscription to your left wing fish wrap or bird cage liner. Donate half of that monthly cost to your favorite charity and the rest to Free Republic. If you do this, you remove your money from the enemies of America and invest it with the friends of America, Free Republic! That would be a double winner for America!

During our winter Freeper Thon, Clovis Skeptic posted a warning about this Jihad in America camp close to Fresno. A deputy sheriff had been murdered by a graduate of this vile Jihad in America.
The left wing Fresno Bee was making these home grown terrorists look like model citizens using the old PC Diversity gimic.
They were being funded by California tax payers via a Charter School Scheme.
Thanks to Clovis Skeptic, lady in red and others in that area, this wretched story was dragged out in the cleansing light of truth.
They lost their Charter School funding, and now they are history!
This is another great accomplishment for freedom and our safety that would not have been done without Free Republic serving as an alarm that was used by Clovis Skeptic.
Can you imagine how effective Free Republic would be in stopping home grown and imported terrorism if we had 500,000 alert and active Freepers who contribute monthly to Free Republic?

How much is the safety of our families, loved one, friends and country worth? It should be worth at least 5$ per month.

Jim, didn't invite us. We just barged in and took over his family room, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, porches and the kitchen.
Our monthly donation to Free Republic for most us is the best dollar value we invest each month. It works out to pennies per hour on line.
Now give me one of Jim's beers, pass his cheese and his Moose fritters over here. You know Jim with all this money we donate, should have better beer, cheese and Moose fritters.
okay, that conversation convinced me. i spent a couple years parked on Jim's porch swing
just, well, being a grampa on a porch swing, having an occasional cold beer and trying
to pay attention to the amazing collective wisdom, intuitiveness, and spontaneity of those who
hang around here.
i've got to admit that FR provides mental sustenance to those of us who put in 40+ a week,
and don't want to sacrifice our kids' and grandkids' futures to the likes of tiny tom dashole,
little peter jennings, dan "what's the frequency" blather, and the entire hitlary, rosie, babs crew.
i didn't even know what an anti-federalist was until i started hanging around Jim's place.
all-in-all, the beer's cold, the food's great, and the company and companionship,
though sometimes cantankerous, is wonderful.
i freeploaded for four years, so i don't feel too bad about carrying a few folks who, like me,
might end up liking this place and become regulars. if every FReeper gave a buck a quarter,
we wouldn't need fundraisers.
so if i give a buck a day, i can help subsidize around 90 others, and some of them just might
realize what we've got here, and pick up what they can (and are comfortable with).
well, that's about it from the porch swing... i guess i'll talk to BADJOE and rottibiz now.
