EXCELLENT NEWS-LARRY KLAYMAN JUST SAID THAT THE LORAL SHAREHOLDERS CASE - *** HAS BEEN REFILED ***
Judicial Watch ^ | 11/24/01 | Larry Klayman

Posted on 11/24/2001 10:05:49 AM PST by ChaseR

Just a few minutes ago, at 1:45pm CST, I got through on the JW Sat. Radio program and asked this key question:

"Is Judicial Watch going to refile the all-important Loral Shareholders case?"

(here is the reply from Larry Klayman himself:

"The Loral case has been refiled in Judge Lamberth's court and even though this case is moving along slowly, it is has been refiled."

(I didn't tape my question or Mr Klayman's reply, but above is basically what was stated)

I would like to see him get some traction with a case and keep the Clintons occupied. In their 9/01 press release they said they would appeal the ruling and refile in state courts. Maybe an appeal has been in their favor, but there is nothing on their web site so stating. Larr doesn't miss an opportunity to issue a press release if it's anything he can boast about. I'm confused also as to what this refiling is, but maybe it's the real thing.

Now working with Jeff, if I remember correctly he was tenacious during the campaign in putting out signs on the Freeways and hung some banners from the bridges also... Hope you all can get another mayor to replace P. Brown.

Just as we do not get in our cars, close our eyes and pray for safety on the road. We should never close our eyes to the truth and what has happened and we should pray for Justice and also support those that are seeking justice as well.

To me one of the first steps I see happening is the letting go of true justice, and those that want to intentionally forget what has happened. Like a form of forced apathy, this shocks me almost as much as the crime of treason committed by Bill Clinton itself.

The outrage we saw about this Treason should never go away , should never dwindle into apathy and comfort. There is a danger in that , beyond what I could write here in a few words.

I can see the apathy of the POW's and MIA's, the apathy of less interest in what Condit has done, the apathy in Clinton's treason and making the new enemy anyone thay want to see true justice brought upon the quilty. It saddens me but the beautiful hope will always be alive in those of us like you and I and others ALOHA RONNIE...... because we will never forget and we will always have the candle of hope burning in our souls.

Thank you for all you do, on here, on the radio, and in so many places and so many ways. God Bless you dear friend. You are a special person and I am honored to know you.

Chase, you and I both know that Loral made large campaign contributions to Clinton in exchange for Clinton allowing Loral to sell secret military technology to China that might result in the loss of millions of American lives and the destruction of our economy.

But as I recall, everything Clinton did was technically legal and within his discretion.

The problem as I understand it is proving beyond a reasonable doubt that there was an explicit quid-pro-quo.

The fact that a man contributes a million dollars to the President's campaign and recieves a presidential pardon the next day is not legally any evidemce of a quid=pro-quo.

Well, murdering a Secretary of Commerce to keep the fact that the DNC and Clinton campaigns were taking Chinese communist money in exchange for rubber stamping requests from DNC contributors and the Chinese government to provide what had been restricted technologies is "technically" illegal. Question ... how will anyone prove the quid-pro-quo if there is no investigation? I've challenged you before to provide any examples of Bush/Ashcroft investigating ANY of the crimes the DNC and Clinton administration committed ... say, starting with the Riady Non-Refund. I'm still waiting.

Actually, I've had an inside confidential tip that Ashcroft has budgeted over ten million dollars and assigned twenty eight special agents for the secret investigation of the Riady non Refund.

I am confident that it is only a matter of time before they discover whether the refund was actually paid to the US Treasury.

John Ashcroft knows more about the Clinton crimes and has more of a personal reason for going after them than any of us. He did vote for impeachment. He is also a student of history, a lawyer, a man with a long and distinguished record of service who knows DC and judicial politics.

The press's recent history (last 50 years at least) of ignoring Dem. smoking guns makes me a pragmatist. When the KGB files were made public proving the high level of Communist infiltration into Hollywood and FDR/Truman's White House, did we read about it in the papers? Did the press admit that McCarthy was right? Where was the press when JFK was sleeping with an E. German woman and impregnating another? How did Woodward and Bernstein miss that little Watergate detail about the Democrat call-girl ring and the break-in to retrieve the photo of John Dean's then girlfriend Mo Biner's picture from the desk at DNC Headquarters? Why did the press glamorize and give the microphone to the Vietnam War protestors? What do you do when slick lawyers use every trick in the book, when subpoenaed witnesses flee the country or take the 5th by the hundreds, when witnesses who do show up simply state "I can't remember" (and when taking the oath on the Bible mean's nothing), when records are erased, shredded, "unrecoverable," missing and concepts like honor and truth are lacking, making any trial a mockery? Why do they do puff pieces on every Democrat from Tom Daschle to Jonathon Edwards with no shared Republican commentary or questioning of Dem. "facts"? Why don't they do the same for Republicans? Why do people around the world still think Bill Clinton's great (ask AP)?

JFK's administration appointed all Dems. to the bench, prompting the '63 ABA to protest his not including Republicans and unbalancing the bench. Can you imagine today's ABA saying this? Let someone else sue Clinton. Let every able-bodied American who isn't the Commander-in-Chief of our armed forces during a war sue Clinton. Then take on the press, the judiciary, the public schools and the Sierra Club, NAACP, ACLU, AFL-CIO...someone else do it, because if Republicans go the way of lawsuit...as a party, or as a representative of the party in today's Clintonized and still corrupt country (change doesn't happen overnight), we will for sure be seeing Dems. elected in following elections...all sounding sweet and above reproach while, unburdened by a conscience, they freely accuse us of every hurtful and divisive plot with a blank check from the press.

I would argue that it's easy to be as nasty as most Dems. Most of us do that naturally. It takes courage, maturity and self-restraint not to sink to their level, not to respond in kind and stick to your goals.

Who right now, by all appearances, is ignoring a MASS MURDER connected to TREASONABLE activities. Who right now, by all appearances, is ignoring a plan by the DNC to BLACKMAIL Republicans. Who right now, by all appearances, is ignoring Communist Chinese and DNC election tampering ... a crime that strikes at the very heart of our election process.

The press's recent history (last 50 years at least) of ignoring Dem. smoking guns makes me a pragmatist.

Oh. Is that what you call it. I call it GIVING UP.

I'll tell you what. YOU INVESTIGATE using the full power of the Federal Government ... the DOJ, the FBI, the IRS, the Military? THAT is what DID NOT HAPPEN during the Clinton administration and that is the ONLY reason the democRATS got away with it. Exhume and autopsy Ron Brown's body ... prove he was murdered ... and a lot of people are going to jail for a long time (for covering up a mass murder) unless they TALK. And no attorney or jury on earth will save them. Why are you so afraid to let our justice system do its work? If it can't, then we really do need to be afraid ... and we need to know that it doesn't ... NOW.

because if Republicans go the way of lawsuit...as a party, or as a representative of the party in today's Clintonized and still corrupt country (change doesn't happen overnight), we will for sure be seeing Dems. elected in following elections...all sounding sweet and above reproach while, unburdened by a conscience, they freely accuse us of every hurtful and divisive plot with a blank check from the press.

You are wrong. Prove the DNC and Clinton administration covered up (and perhaps committed) a MASS MURDER to prevent testimony implicating them in TREASONABLE activities and the democRATS will be scrambling to switch parties and the press will be in HIDING. Because OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE is also a crime and the press knows it.

It takes courage, maturity and self-restraint not to sink to their level, not to respond in kind and stick to your goals.

Ignoring MASS MURDER, TREASON and ELECTION TAMPERING (to name just a FEW of the crimes) because it is "politically expedient" IS (by ANY definition) sinking to their level. And it certainly should make you suspicious that they would respond in kind if they got the chance. The bottom line is that politicians, regardless of the party, will do whatever it takes to get elected and stay elected. If you think otherwise then you are dreaming.

This is such great news - just when I am about to do a taped interview with 3 of Washington, D.C.'s most eligible batchlors. The 3 Musketeers, as I call them, wrote the book, Failure of the Public Trust. Although this is mainly about the Vince Foster murder, the very fact that Judge Lamberth is willing to hear the Loral case is encouraging. I certainly hope this is a good sign that other cases against the Clintons may be refiled as well.
