CNN Tuesday Morning: Christian missionaries Heather Mercer and Dana Curry have reportedly been removed from Kabul prisons by the taliban to be used as shields and taken to Kandahar this morning.

Jesus said that unless you were willing to give up your life to follow Him you would not be much use in the Kingdom. We need to keep these two American gals in prayer and the others in their group.But I am sure they have a place in heaven if the Taliban uses them as shields, the outcome for the Taliban for eternity is the opposite place of where these servants of the Lord will be.Be vigilant about the things of God and pray for his people.

This is a good case of "trust in God but check your ammunition." While of course if God wants them for martyrs He'll have them, all the same I'd like to see them rescued by the Turkish Special Forces - who while they probably have no love for Christians, have even less for the Taliban.

If they have been removed by the Taliban to the south, there is a very good possibility that they may be killed by American bombing. Unfortunately, a speeding truck rushing out of a falling city looks like any other.
