In an interview with Black Entertainment Television this week, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton pinned the blame for this week's terrorist attacks on New York and Washington, DC squarely on the shoulders of current President Bush. Stating that the Muslims were feeling slighted by the US' boycott of the Durban Conference on Racism, Jesse Jackson, identified Bush as the culprit by ordering the boycott. The Durban conference deteriorated into a name-calling session by Palestinians and Israelis, and no real progress was made.

Instead of pinning it on Clinton's appeasment policy and the selling and/or giving away of military technology. Why let the truth get in the way of a good story?

Jackson, Sharpton, Falwell, Robertson....
Try blaming the bad guys, fellas.

I don't know what will be more fun...watching the bombs drop or these a.r.'s flame out.

It's so simple: Jesse doesn't PREACH against adultery. Jesse is pro-abortion. Thus, he can do ANYTHING in his private life, and his "ministry" is unaffected.

I suppose all of those Jews living in New York didn't feel slighted when Jesse referred to the Big Apple as "Hymie Town." Pot. Kettle. Black.

BET (Black Entertainment Television) has been quite race-baiting in its coverage of this .... Check out this 'skin-head' post:
"This is directly Bushs fault. Colin is a house ni--ga for letting Bush do this. Can we wake up now?

"What is Our (Black America's) role in this fight?" By Retha Hill BET.com Staff Writer
Patriotic fever is running high in Black America ... ...
And today, when you look to the American face of foreign policy, you see Colin Powell, as Secretary of State, and Condoleezza Rice, as National Security Advisor. We are in it up to our eyeballs.
But not everybody is having it. And some are questioning just what it will mean for Black Americans to go and fight people who look like us or, at least, whove been oppressed like us. ... ...
LilJ01 had this take: Ok, first off, I don't blame Bush for this incident. I think the U.S., as a whole, mainly White America, is to blame because for years they have caused problems with other nations ... It has come back to haunt the U.S.
Member Speed was even more direct. The U.S. and Israel pulled out of the racism talks. Duh, this is a retaliatory strike, Speed wrote. Palestine was not happy. It aint about Muslims, its about people of color. As the mentor Malcolm X said, Chickens Always Come Home to Roost. This is directly Bushs fault. And Colin is a house ni---ga for letting Bush do this. Can we wake up now?
What is your take?

THOSE GUYS........THEY ARE REALLY ON TARGET!!!!!!!!

It's just so typical that the media took nanoseconds to attack Falwell and Robertson for some very out-of-line statements made on Christian networks, but go brain-dead and deaf concerning outrageous statements made by the two poverty pimps on the "some-pigs-are-more-equal-than-you" BET channel.

There's nothing the race baiters hate more than people coming together as just plain old Americans without hyphens.

Jesse and Sharpton are taking orders from DNC. And don't forget it was Jesse on the steps in front of the sureme court who called for people to rise up against Bush calling for assination in so many words. Also do not forget Jacksons ties to militant groups.Sharpton is a mafia type wannabe joke but Jackson is a hate mongering organized crime boss.

Their lies are distinctive by their absurdity. Unfortunately, the federal government gets away with almost-as-absurd lies, as, for example, by its lies that the Branch Davidians ambushed the feds, that Koresh was beating babies, that methamphetamine was being manufactured there, that Koresh was psychotic, etc. Or, for example, that the Missile Defense System is to provide protection for American citizens. Those who accept that lie are thoroughly propagandized. Having paid scientists to help perfect the techniques of propaganda, the federal government does a far better job of it than Jackson and Sharpton can do. Our govt tells us it's well-motivated and is concerned about the safety and security of its citizens. Those ideas are belied by the abdication by the FAA of providing reasonable protection to Americans who fly on commercial airliners and by the illegal, immoral, and lethal plutonium medical experiments done by the govt on unsuspecting pregnant women, children, and on some groups that were informed. Before we prosecute Jackson and Sharpton for their lies, if that is a criminal offense, we first should prosecute federal agents, officers, and officials who violate the law. (Why is it that so many Americans are unwilling to request, insist, or demand that federals be prosecuted for their criminal activities?)

My hope is this blatant stupidity and obvious attempt by Jackson and Sharpton to race-bait and blame-America-first even as we bury our dead, will backfire big-time on these dangerous hustlers.
I can't believe Bill O'Reilly won't get some mileage out of this. Let's hope.

If Gore were (gulp!) President and the Demorats had the majority in both houses of Congress they wouldn't be saying that. Who would they blame then? Oh yes! The Vast Right Wing Conspiracy!!
